    Good story

    This story has a good plot, but is very poorly written. It is not cohesive and there is a lot of fluff which has nothing to add to the plot.

    This is a thrilling book!

    Once I started reading this book, I just couldn't put it down. Being from the southwestern U.S. I found the description and events that took place there to be very realistic.

    Good Read

    I like the book a lot, but was disappointed when it didn't mention Del's wife again toward the end. It was like she was jsut forgotten. But it was a very good book. I would recommend it.

    not my style

    Plot synopsis sounded like something I might enjoy. I like action/adventure/mystery and with this being set in the desert, where I enjoy spending time myself, I gave it a try. I stopped reading on page 41. Up to that point I found the writing to be not very refined. When I came across "...looked up at the mountain range and flexed his muscular biceps.." it finished me off. Too many writers with more style for me, so I may or may not get back to this one.

    Good but hard to read

    Painful read

    Maybe a good start for a high schooler, but the storyline was broken, main characters dismissed, and so little relateable about the characters you don't really get attached...
