    Vivien's Accounts are Amazing.

I write this, not because I have read the book, but because I have twice heard Vivien Spitz speak on the Nuremberg trials. I don't think anybody in the room left with a dry eye either time. And who better to tell the story of the courtroom drama, than the court reporter who is responsible for making the record?

    I Also Recommend:

    Good Courtroom Account

I was pleased with this book but did wish it went more in-depth on the experiments. Don't let that make you hesitate though, I really enjoyed reading it and it does inform the reader about the experiments.

    Haunting and Unforgettable

This story of the Holocaust is one that many readers unfamiliar with but one that, after reading this book, they will never forget. As an avid reader and someone with interest in the atrocities of the past, I picked up this book expecting a good read, though one that I felt would probably be hard as the subject matter is so difficult to face. What I found, after flying through this book, is a truth that every person should become familiar with and one that probably haunt them until the day they die. Vivian Spitz was a court reporter during the Nuremberg War Trials and it is her experience that is chronicled in these pages. She tells a haunting tale so eloquently that you want to return to your book just see her words time and time again. This is not a story that will be forgotten soon or a story you can find in any other book. If you want a reading experience that will change your life, this is the book for you. But be warned, this book can move even the hardest person to tears. Unforgettable.
