J. Wiltz Cutrer, Jr., started his Information Technology career in the US Navy as a Cryptologic Technician. Currently he serves as network systems manager for the Mississippi Development Authority, applying his experience and enthusiasm to more than just the datacenter.

As Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and owner of TechKnolutions, LLC, Cutrer has more than 20 years in the information technology (IT) field. TechKnolutions, LLC, provides networking, security auditing, system repair, and technology consulting along with Continuing Professional Education (CPE) courses to professionals across the nation.
