An absolutely delightful story! A perfect read for this HGTV junkie! If you are like me and like to pretend that you can one day recreate what all the hotties on HGTV can do, then you will absolutely LOVE Everywhere and Every Way… just imagine if one of the hot Property Brothers were to fall for one of interior designers and then having to fight hard to get her. A great story right? There must be some behind the scenes hotness happening on those shows and this book gives you a glimpse of what that may look like. A fresh concept with a really good story unfolds within the contemporary romance genre.

The push and pull, the slow burn, the build up to the inevitable is what makes Everywhere and Every Way a very addictive read. I thoroughly enjoyed the story that Cal and Morgan had to tell. I also enjoyed getting to know the other Pierce brothers, Dalton and Tristan. They too have their own story to tell and I personally cannot wait. This book is a fantastic first book in what no doubt will be a fabulous series. Well done Jennifer Probst!

Property Brothers meets Divine Design in a contemporary romance with high-stakes family drama. Builder Caleb Pierce has long been estranged from his two younger brothers, but now they must work together to revitalize their father's luxury contracting firm, turning a profit in one year or losing their inheritance. In Probst's (Searching For You, 2015, etc.) new Property Brothers-inspired trilogy, each brother will get his own book, with all six main protagonists unobtrusively introduced in the first installment. Morgan Raines is a successful, high-end home designer who swoops into town and uses her influence and Pierce Brothers Construction's financial straits to coerce Caleb into building a show home for her celebrity clients. A straightforward heroine who loves her job, Morgan excels at the stereotypically male skills associated with building a house and running a business. What begins as an enemies-to-lovers story morphs quickly into a fairly low-conflict romance. Both Morgan and Caleb are ambitious perfectionists with a need for control, but the cool, composed Southern belle is more reluctant to give in to the sexual attraction and growing emotions between them. They admire and respect one another, and the romance builds through predictable but fun encounters and, of course, mutual lust. Probst focuses on the Pierce brothers' long-simmering resentments, stoked by their father's divisive parenting style and their lack of closure over their mother's mysterious death five years earlier. Caleb's character arc is complex, as he must accept his role in the family estrangement in order to be a better brother and co-owner. However, the emphasis on Caleb and his family detracts from a fully realized portrayal of Morgan, making some of her decisions seem abrupt and unmotivated. Probst's fans will enjoy the unusual setup of her latest romance even if it lacks surprises.

AudioBook Review Stars: Overall: 4 Narration: 5 Story 4 A dual-perspective story is the basis for this story. Siblings, mischievous dogs, an uptight designer and a touch of the Southern Belle blend to create a story that will have you searching construction sites for a man like Caleb. Oh yes, it is fun, funny, sexy and heartfelt with plenty of moments to enjoy. Caleb is the eldest brother in the Pierce family, expecting to have control of the family business after the death of his father. Years of stress from dealing with a manipulative and difficult father should have ended. Instead the stipulations require him to bring his estranged brothers into the company to live and work together. As if that isn’t enough to deal with, Morgan Raines, has hired him to build a home to her exacting specifications. On two fronts, Caleb expects nothing but walking on eggshells for the next while. Morgan is exacting, demanding and ALWAYS gets what she wants, even if she has to appear at work in pink work boots. Holding on to her proper is a habit, but she also never lets on the pain or secret she keeps inside. Oh yes, there is a solid, knee shaking instant reaction to Caleb, and their control issues will bounce off one another far sooner and more often than their lips will connect. At first. One can only hope. Morgan is solidly female, strong, and intelligent and knows what she likes and wants. Caleb couldn’t be more different than his brothers, and while he does find stings in the barbs thrown, his honest desire is to make everything work – and then find happiness. Narration for this story is provided by Sebastian York and Madeleine Maby. I adored the solid portrayals, as both added elements to the characters that felt intuitive and appropriate, never over emoting or letting the moment fall flat. Probst’s writing is perfectly paced and each moment is nuanced to show the characters in every living and breathing moment, flaws and all. Truly wonderful narration allowed those elements to shine and held my attention, giving everyone a voice and memorable place. I received an audiobook copy of the title from Simon and Schuster Audio for purpose of honest review. I was not compensated for this review: all conclusions are my own responsibility.

Everywhere and Every Way by Jennifer Probst is the first book in her brand new Billionaire Builders series. While this book is a standalone romance that focuses on the two main characters, Morgan and Caleb, it is also the book that completely sets the scene for the next books in the series. we get an insightful look into the brothers relationship with each other, another dip into their past and their mothers history leading to another outlying character. It's just so rich and filled with detail but done in a way that doesn't bog you down. I loved this story of home-building and meshing two personalities together to create a life together from their own individual and very different lives. I absolutely CANNOT wait to read more in this series and am really looking forward to seeing where the Pierce brothers will take us next.

4.5 Star Review Everywhere & Every Way (Billionaire Builders #1) By Jennifer Probst This was a new author to me and what an introduction it was. What captured me initially was the title of the book. It evoked provocative thoughts and once I read the premise, I knew I wanted to read it. I will certainly be reading more by this author in the future. Who doesn’t like a hot as sin contractor? Caleb Pierce has worked for his father’s contracting company for years and fully expects to inherit. He shocked when he learns that he has to share control of the company with his estranged brothers Tristan and Dalton. The interaction of Caleb and his brothers in trying to work out how the business would continue was an interesting addition to the storyline as was their trying to rebuild their relationships. Morgan Raines hires Caleb to build a customized dream home, but that is not without complications. She is a designer who is not afraid to push Caleb to his limits, even stooping to using threats. Complications arise when both Caleb and Morgan are drawn to each other, even though Caleb is determined not to mix business with pleasure. Morgan is feisty and no nonsense, and just as determined that her heart not get involved. If only they knew what fate had in store for the two of them? There was certainly some sizzling moments between Caleb and Morgan as they fought their attraction, but in the end it was inevitable. I fell for Caleb; he is everything I look for in a book boyfriend. I didn’t connect as much with Morgan, but overall the book was so well written that I eventually came to like her. Not only was there smoking hot sex scenes, but there was emotions running deep within the book. It wasn’t all fun and laughter, there was sadness as well and at times I felt tears near. Everywhere and Every Way was extremely well written, the characters were believable (not perfect) as were the circumstances they all found themselves in at times. Jennifer Probst has a winning formula on her hands and I cannot wait to read more in this series.

EVERYWHERE AND EVERY WAY is a great start to Jennifer Probst's new series, Billionaire Builders, featuring the super sexy Pierce Brothers, Caleb, Tristan and Dalton. It kicks off with Cal, the oldest brother falling hard and fast for Morgan Raines, the demanding and no-nonsense interior designer who leaves him no options but to work for her on building a home for her high-profile clients. Right from the first time they meet Caleb and Morgan have crazy, undeniable chemistry... the kind where they spark off each other so intensely they're not sure if they want to make love or kill each other. Neither has the time or the inclination for any kind of a relationship... but one things certain, they need more. They can't resist each other and neither one truly wants too. Throw in the bickering between the brothers, an over-zealous cop, two loveable, but completely untrainable dogs, a project with its fair share of hiccups, and the always fabulous writing of Jennifer Probst and you've got a delightful story from beginning to end. I'm just thrilled there will be at least two more books in this series, because this gang was easy to love!! 4 stars

You know that couple you want to read about always? The attractive, successful, confident, sexy but down to earth guy; the sassy, feisty, gorgeous, strong and smart woman; the witty banter and the sizzling hot passion between them? Well, it's time to get excited because Jennifer Probst just served up a dose of everything you'll ever want in a romance! EVERYWHERE AND EVERY WAY is all about passion, emotions and family. Caleb Pierce has dreamed of taking the helm at the family business all his life but his father's difficult, demanding and manipulative ways while alive have nothing on the stipulations in his will for how the company should be managed. Faced with losing the company he has given his entire life to, Caleb has an uphill task convincing his estranged brothers to abide by the terms of the will. Things get even more complicated when he gets outmaneuvered by a pushy home designer determined to have him build her clients' house. With the company losing clients left and right and the conditions of the will to deal with, it's do or die for Cal and he has no choice but to take the job. Cal gets more than he expected because Morgan Raines is more than just a pretty face. In her pink work boots and pink hard hat and with her pink tools, she's ready to get down and dirty with the crew on the job and she really earns the respect of his men as she pitches in to help. And she fires him up like no woman before her has ever done. EVERYWHERE AND EVERY WAY packs a two-for-one punch. While things steam up between Morgan and Cal, his relationship with his brothers is at best frosty and he has to take the lead on fixing things, even if it means letting them have input in how the company is run instead of calling all the shots. Not an easy thing for him to do but necessary, to begin the healing among them. I had so much fun reading this book and really enjoyed the banter between Morgan and Cal which was layered with so many metaphors, from books to chips to wood (you have to read it to figure this part out). Morgan is a southern gal through and through, all sass and steel wrapped up in a pretty package. Cal is hot and sexy and if imagining that hot body and his tool belt strapped to his waist doesn't get you going, I don't know what will. I don't watch HGTV but Ms. Probst has certainly made me want to check out the Property Brothers now! The second book promises to be even more exciting and I can't wait to get to the secrets and scandals it hints at. Disclaimer: I received this book for free from the Publisher in exchange for an honest review. This does not affect my opinion of the book or the content of my review.

Morgan is a designer who gives as good as she gets. Cal is ooolala on a stick!! He is the “symbol of construction hotness.” These two fight, fuss and all around bicker. But as with most romances, they have the hots for one another and just cannot keep their hands off! This is a lightening fast read with a few surprises. Some keep you in stitches and some make you so frustrated you just want to beat the characters senseless. I love the way Cal and Morgan relate to each other. She is prim and proper. He is rough and tough. They are perfect for each other. He steps up to the plate to help her when she gets arrested…yes, I said arrested…OOOPS!! Probably should not have said that!! SPOILER ALERT..too late. This is a wonderful beach read! HECK!! It’s a wonderful read no matter where you read it!! I received this novel as part of Simon and Schuster’s XOXperts

The death of their father forces them back together again after years apart. They are to work and live together and make a profit with their construction company in a years time. Caleb has been with the company working along with his father all along but his brothers ran off. If this company fails he feels he has the most to lose. His brothers ran off and made their own way. Now he has to convince them to work together and make this company a success Morgan want Calebs company no matter what to build her clients new home. She will stop at nothing to get her way. She has no clue to the stipulation in his fathers will and forces Calebs hand to take on her project. She is not your typical businesswoman. She is not afraid to get dirty. She is involved in the construction from start to finish. With her pink work boots and pink hard hat she is right along with the guys. Finding it hard to ignore the attraction between them they decide to an affair for the duration of the project. Morgan sees the conflict between the brothers and the stubbornness that Caleb has with getting his own way. Sometimes it takes someone on the outside to make you see what is right in front of you. Can Morgan show Caleb how stubbirn he is and the good his brothers can bring to the company? Each has their own specialty and together they can take this company to high places. If only Caleb would treat his brothers as partners and not men who are beneath him and work for him but rather men who work together with him.

For the past few years, Jennifer Probst has been my favorite contemporary romance author, and so when I found out about Everywhere and Ever Way, you could say I was excited (though that'd be a huge understatement). Her Marriage to a Billionaire and Searching For series are some of the best romances I've read, and I recommend them every year that Probst's new novel comes out. This Billionaire Builders series specifically is based on the Property Brothers, and though I'm not big on them specifically, that doesn't mean I don't appreciate fictional, hot construction workers. Besides, who doesn't love HGTV? Anyways, once I started reading, it was decently difficult not to read it in one go, and the only thing that kept me from being up all night until morning-tide is the few flaws that I unfortunately found in the romance. • From the very start of the book, Caleb and Morgan spent an unusually large amount of time thinking about each other naked, even though they seemed to hate each other at first glance. I mean okay, you can admire each others physical agility and whatever else you want, but explicit imaginary sex scenes at first glance? I don't think so. • I felt like Caleb and Morgan spent more time thinking about each other - non-sexually this time - than actually forming a relationship. Sure there was cute banter, but the actual relationship part of their relationship seemed to whiz by and suddenly it's the end of the book. They just blurted out their deep emotional backstories whenever they felt like it, even before they were really involved, so looking back, it's hard to remember when exactly they began to fall in love with each other. • Most of the time, I was more interested in Caleb's brothers' (one of them more than the other) past and future relationships than Caleb's own, and that's never a good thing. No, it didn't detract from the story or how cute Caleb and Morgan were, but it's nothing to brag about when you're more interested in future romances that haven't come out yet than the one that's currently being read. • This is quite petty of me, but I wish there was a longer and slightly more significant "trouble in the water" moment before the happily ever after. Every single contemporary romance has this moment, and this was no exception, but it lasted a few hours and that's it. I crave emotional pain, and this book didn't have much of it. These are the only problems I had with the book though, and the last one barely even counts, so you can definitely call this book a success. The flirting, the sexy times, Morgan's pink construction wear, etc. were all super cute and romantic; it's not that this is a bad book, only that it's not as amazing as some of Probst's other novels, which are crazy good and shouldn't be compared to anyways. I do hope that the next two books in the series are filled with more pain, tears, and angst, but I'm quite happy with Everywhere and Every Way. The one thing I'm rather miffed about is probably the fact that the next novel features Caleb's brother Dalton when I was really hoping for Tristan's story. But I can wait two years. Or so I think.

Jennifer Probst is a new author, one I've heard of but never read until now. I will be checking out more of her stories as I very much enjoyed Everywhere and Every Way. I love Property Brothers and think it is a genius idea to base a book series off of. Who wouldn't want a gorgeous man who can build her dream home? Seriously though, I love the plot of this story. At first I wasn't too sure about their father's will being the main catalyst of the story, but not only did it get the ball rolling, I feel like it did a great job setting up this book and the next books in the series. I really enjoyed watching the different types of relationships progress through the novel, especially the relationship between the three brothers. It was a relief for them to finally be able to put aside the past and their differences in order to not only run the company, but to finally have a good relationship as brothers. The relationship between Caleb and Morgan is the right amount of sexy and sweet without being too overdone. I appreciate that the story focused as much on the house they were building as the relationships building within the novel. That's the type of contemporary romance I enjoy; one that has a bit of storyline other than straight romance. I enjoyed Jennifer's writing and am looking forward to checking out not just the next book in this series, but some of her other stories too. If you like Property Brothers (or similar shows) and romance novels, give this one a shot!

‘He was . . . perfect. Defined pecs and tight biceps. Endless toasty brown skin, gleaming with sweat. A perfect swirl of lighter hair dusting his chest and traveling down washboard abs. He had an actual eight-pack. Not six. Eight.’ The best way I can think to describe this book is as a perfect summer beach read. Light on drama but full of exciting characters the book as a whole gave me a happy feel. Morgan and Caleb are working together building a house for a famous couple but finding keeping their relationship strictly professional is becoming more and more difficult with each day that passes. Both have more than enough drama already in their lives and no not need to add mixing business with pleasure to that. The series follows the three Pierce brothers who have become estranged as they got older. Now with the death of their father they are forced to work together to save the family business or they will all three lose the legacy. The brothers themselves were a highlight for me. Each is so vastly different and their temperaments do not always mix which helps fuel just enough drama to keep the story line going. ‘Oh yeah. Morgan Raines was gonna be a hell of a lot of trouble. But also a hell of a lot of fun.’ Everywhere and Every Way was an easy read that was pretty light on angst. For me personally it did start a little slow but by the time I got into the guts of the book I was hooked on Caleb and Morgan. I really enjoyed their dynamic, especially the way Morgan never was afraid to stand firm and give Caleb h***. For his part, Caleb, was a strong and protective man who also had mastered the art of dirty talk. Told in third person, which is not my favorite, the story flowed nicely and I will enjoy seeing where the stories of the other brothers takes us. ~miranda

From the cover to the synopsis, I was immediately intrigued to read yet another book by Jennifer Probst. Having read Probst's works before I really wanted to read what she came up with this time around. Needless to say, I was hooked with the story and how the characters evolved throughout the book. Everywhere and Every Way is part of the Billionaire Builders series which evolves around three brothers whose lives drastically changes when their father passes away. They were all supposed to inherit the family business, but there was a catch that left all of them unhappy with. In the will, their father specifically required all of them to live in their old family house, and work together as a team. If they didn't do that, the family business would be taken away from them. With each brother bringing in a unique talent to the family business, they all decide to give it a try and put aside their differences. That is when Caleb Pierce comes into the picture, he is the one that wants to keep the business within the family, and he'll do anything to convince his brothers that it's worth giving it a try. He hopes to land huge jobs, but they all turn him down the minute Morgan Raines arrives to his office wanting him to take her job offer without accepting a no as an answer. Morgan Raines has worked all over the world as an interior designer. She is sought after by many people, including Hollywood celebrities. When she is hired to look to build a land in the small town of Harrington, she immediately wants the Pierce brothers to build the perfect home for her. But getting them, especially Caleb to work for her was harder than she thought. Now Morgan is willing to do anything to ensure that the Pierce Brothers take on her project. When they finally give in, another sort of problem rises, and that is the sexual tension between Caleb and Morgan. No matter how much they try to hide it, it's impossible to keep them apart and the two have to figure out if giving in is worth the try. I enjoyed the overall idea of the book, it's well thought out and that made it that much more interesting to read. The characters themselves have big personalities, Morgan is bit of a manipulator, but then again she will do anything in her power to get things done no matter the cost. Whereas, Caleb is a more relaxed guy whose always had to please his dad, and now that he is gone things have suddenly changed for him. Now the two have to figure out a way to work together, and as the they start to spend more time together things slowly start to develop into something more. Morgan's story is an interesting one that develops throughout the story and pulls you in. There were some times when I felt that the pace of the story started to slow down, and there were a couple of scenes that felt extra for me. Other than that, I liked the story and the ending was sweet. I would highly recommend giving it a try, you will not regret it. : ) ***ARC provided by the author in exchange for an honest review.***

Grab a fan for this one! This book is HOT! Like all Jennifer Probst novels, this was a fantastic read! The story was a fun premise, especially if you are a fan of HGTV, or sexy constructions workers! The author doesn’t overwhelm you with technical information, but she gives enough for the reader to understand the series of events and even more, for the reader to truly be able to envision the scenes. Every location, Cal’s house, the new house they are building, the bar, etc, I could see them all right in front of me. Throw is shirtless guys with a hammer (as long as they aren’t vomiting…) and the picture gets a whole lot enthralling. The characters are well developed and consistent, I had a whole myriad of feelings toward them. But, that’s what makes them excellent characters, whether I loved, hated, was annoyed by, felt compassion for, the point is, they made me feel. Caleb and Morgan have an immediate, magnetic attraction. The sexual tension between these two was intense and when it finally explodes…oh boy. They also had a witty banter between them that was fun and sharp. By the end, I could see how they fit together like puzzle pieces. As individual characters, Cal is so easy to fall for. He’s completely alpha and confident, but he’s got a sweet side, with a little vulnerability. Cal is not your typical over the top hero, while he has everything I love about those types of guys, he also has the ability to stand back and look at the bigger picture, then admit when he’s wrong. He doesn’t hide from an apology; he owns up to his actions. He had things to learn about himself in the story, things he didn’t really like, but again, he recognizes his failings and corrects his course. He is definitely full of layers. For the most part, he is a hard worker, responsible, and dedicated to their goal. He’s also full of love, though he hides it a little more. But, as the story progresses, we peel back his layers right along with him. Suddenly, little things we didn’t notice become indicative of a larger flaw, a stubbornness and control factor we didn’t even notice at first. It’s how he handles the ups and downs, and discoveries that make him an amazing character. Morgan was a tougher character for me to like. She was incredibly manipulative in the beginning and her actions took a dream of Cal’s right out from under him. Something he’d worked for and earned. When I was on the cusp of forgiving her, Cal explains what she forced him to give up and even then, she admits, she would have still done it. Forgiveness was a long time coming and I’m not sure I’ve ever really let it go. Just writing this review makes me a little mad at her all over again. And, while she was dealt a lot of crappy hands in her life, it doesn’t excuse her actions. That being said, she is definitely full of wit, humor, and dedication. She works hard, knows her stuff, and has a knack for knowing where to draw the lines between her and the workers. Despite her professional lack of empathy, she has great compassion and love for Cal and the people in his life. She redeemed herself quite a bit in my eyes when she took care of Cal and his brothers on the anniversary of their mother’s death. Tristan and Dalton are very intriguing and I can’t wait to see what Jennifer has in store for them. She’s got a little work ahead of her for me to like Dalton though. While he’s funny and has sweet moments, he seems incredibly immature, bull-headed, and definitely a manwhore. But, I have faith

4.5 Stars I really enjoyed this one. The characters were engaging. Morgan was a surprising character. I loved the way she blew all the stereotypes that were thrown her way. Those dynamics between the Pierce brothers. Those men have dealt with enough tragedy and now must find a way to coexist in order for the family company to survive. Morgan and Caleb had a lot of chemistry and things got pretty steamy between them. I enjoyed the flow of the book. I also liked the set up for future books in the series with the secondary characters. This book also had a good amount of humor in it which is always a plus for me. Over all a very enjoyably read.

Everywhere and Every Way was so much fun to read! I honestly lost track of how many times I laughed out loud while reading it--it's a perfect blend of humor and fun and sexy romance with more than a little bit of family drama and just a touch of angst to give it a bit of an edge. I loved Caleb and Morgan together--even when they thought they couldn't stand each other, they had fantastic chemistry. I liked that they could acknowledge (internally, of course!) that they found the other person attractive without it seeming like too much too soon and insta-lusty. Their progression from "let's keep this casual for the few months we have here" to "this could be something more" was believable; it was pretty much impossible not to root for them. Morgan was keeping a pretty big secret from him, though, which was completely understandable when they weren't yet serious but that she definitely should have told him sooner once they were. (More than once she was going to tell him but didn't, and I'm not sure exactly why. Reasons weren't really given at the time, which was a little confusing, but honestly, that's my biggest complaint with the book and I'm not even sure "complaint" isn't too strong a word to use for it.) Oh, and I adored Morgan's pink hard hat and work boots and the way she gave as good as she got while at the work site. She's my hero! Total girl crush time :) As awesome as Caleb and Morgan are, though, the book's secondary characters very nearly steal the show at times. I loved Cal's brothers Tristan and Dalton; the dynamic between the three is just fantastic. Cal's assistant Sydney and her daughter Becca, Brady the architect, new-to-the-town bar owner Raven, heck, even Cal's mastiffs Gandalf and Balin were just so much fun to read about. I pretty much wanted to just crawl into the book and be besties with everyone in there. And maybe ogle a few shirtless construction workers (and a foreman, and master woodcraftsman, and real estate mogul, and architect...) while I'm at it. But I digress. Cal and his brothers had some pretty big issues to work on in the book--they get a good start here, definitely, though I could definitely see them having to deal with residuals in future series books. Man, did their parents do a number on those poor guys... I cannot wait for Dalton's story, Any Time and Any Place , which is the next in the series to be released. Fingers crossed that Tristan and Sydney will be the stars of book 3--heck, I'm even hoping that non-Pierce-brother Brady's going to get a book! If the rest of the Billionaire Builders series is just like Everywhere and Every Way, then chances are it'll be my favorite Jennifer Probst series! Rating: 4 1/2 stars / A- I received a complimentary copy in exchange for an honest review.

This is book one of a brand new series and it is a great beginning! This is not just a love story, it is also a story about family. I think one reason I loved it so much is because it touches on so many real-life problems that people face. It shows how people can grow within themselves and deal with these issues that face them, making them better people along the way. On the romance side, I love this couple! Caleb and Morgan are perfect for each other. I loved how she fit right in with Caleb and his brothers, even when the brothers couldn't get along with each other. The characters in this series are all very interesting and I find myself anxiously awaiting future books so that I can delve more deeply into these characters. Five stars for this new series!

5 Stud Stars!!! A fun read! With sweet romance, angst, hot brothers, a feisty southern belle, and two adorable giant dogs! Ahhh I loved this book! What can I say? This is a story of hate turned love! It was wonderful! Probst had me flipping page after page to find out what would happen! I couldn't put it down! Forget Property Brothers; give me Pierce Brothers! Cal Pierce has been running Pierce Brother's Construction alongside his dad for as long as he can remember. He and his brothers have been estranged, not speaking for 5 years, after unfortunate circumstances occurred. His fathers passing brings them all back together. Why? Because their unloving, likes to have the last laugh and word, father put the stipulation in the will: no one will get Pierce Brother's unless they all agree to work together. One year working together. One year living under the same roof. Tension and emotions run high between these insanely hot brothers. Can they fix what broke their bond in the past? Morgan Raines is a sexy, feisty southern belle. She's a professional interior design consultant to famous people. She is the point of contact between builder and client when they want a house built and she has never failed at delivering the perfect house, with the perfect design to her clients. When the "darlings of Hollywood" hire her to build them a house in Harrington, she has to have the best construction company around! That company……Pierce Brother's Construction! When Cal turns down her job offer, it doesn't deter Morgan. She's dead set on getting what she wants. She'll do anything, even manipulation. I truly loved Everywhere and Every Way. It's a wonderful start to the Billionaire Builders series and I can't wait for the next release! The gradual growth of respect and then love between Cal and Morgan was heartwarming. Probst nailed it with this book!

EVERYWHERE AND EVERY WAY is the first installment in Jennifer Probst’s new contemporary, adult BILLIONAIRE BUILDERS romance series focusing on the Pierce brothers-Caleb, Dalton and Tristan Pierce. This is eldest brother Caleb Pierce, and high-end home designer Morgan Raines story line. Told from dual third person perspectives (Caleb and Morgan) EVERYWHERE AND EVERY WAY follows two paths: the building relationship between Caleb and Morgan; and the dysfunctional relationship between the Pierce brothers. Morgan is a high-end home designer to the stars, and her latest project involves the Pierce Brothers construction company, and most importantly the sexy and brooding Caleb Pierce. They have six months to complete a mansion fit for Hollywood’s leading couple but the animosity between the Pierce siblings, and the numerous changes to the interior design find Caleb and Morgan pushing the deadline a little too close. Morgan believes that mixing business with pleasure is doomed to fail as our heroine continues to push all of Caleb’s buttons on more than one occasion. The relationship between Morgan and Caleb begins as a business arrangement that slowly evolves into something more. Both of our story line leads have experienced broken hearts, loss and shattered dreams that are equally painful and life altering. The $ex scenes are intimate and seductive. The Pierce brother’s relationship is strained: a lack of communication, mistaken beliefs, and a healthy disdain for their father have left a huge hole in the brother’s hearts, and has destroyed any semblance of civility or love between a once loving family. Following their mother’s death five years earlier, each brother went their separate ways but not before hurtful words, and accusations ripped them apart. The world building focuses on the Pierce Brothers contracting business and each brother’s position within the company. EVERYWHERE AND EVERY WAY follows one year in the life as the Pierce brothers follow the stipulations in their father’s will in order to retain ownership of the family business-one year to make a profit, and one year living together as a family. EVERYWHERE AND EVERY WAY is a delightful and engaging story line with a strong, confident heroine, and a brooding, alpha hero. The premise is heart warming ; the characters are colorful, energetic and charismatic; the romance is passionate and intense. Jennifer Probst has another winner with the Pierce Brothers and EVERYWHERE AND EVERY WAY.

4.5 Fun STARS Three brothers, a determined lady, a couple dogs and one almost impossible goal. A new light, fun, happy read with some mild angst from Jennifer. Caleb is bull headed, strong willed and determined. But Morgan has a stronger will and more determination. She is a thorn in Caleb's side from her silvery blond hair all the way down to her pink work boots. She is a southern belle who is not afraid to get dirty and the one thing that Caleb just doesn't want to resist. Sparks fly. Sexual tension mounts and you get a really great read. These three brothers are smoldering hot and I can't wait to see what the other books have in store for us. "“I’m in a bad mood, princess. Sure you want to take me on now?” She tilted her head and regarded him thoughtfully. “Why don’t you try me, Charming?” A battle of whit and determination that you really don't want to miss. 3.5 stars What I Liked: Jennifer Probst tells an entertaining story filled with relateable characters, witty banter and great tension. I liked watching Cal and Morgan get under each others skin, and eventually, into each others hearts. The supporting cast of characters was fun, too! This was a good start to a new series and I'm looking forward to seeing what happens next. What Left Me Wanting More: I think a books' cover should reflect the actual story in some way. This one isn't doesn't come close. It's not that hard to find a decent looking guy with a hammer or a tool belt. Final Verdict: If you like watching The Property Brothers, and/or like your romance on the sexy side, you will enjoy this book!

4.5 stars This was such a sweet story. I'm so happy! Loved the characters, the fun bickering, the dogs, and the heat! Awesome read! Morgan and Caleb were so great. They had such strong personalities that created seriously fun animosity and bickering. They had great chemistry, sparks flew! Totally enjoyed the innuendo, that was a great element. It was really fun watching Morgan and Caleb come together and letting their guards down as they opened up. The emotional elements mixed in were great. I thought this had a nice, slow burn happening. There was so much sexual tension, it was simmering. Loved that build to them really connecting. Super hot! It was just a highly entertaining, well rounded read. Caleb’s brothers, Tristan and Dalton, were fantastic! Loved their distinct personalities and the story all the brothers had going on. So much tension! It was really wonderful watching the brothers come to terms with certain things from their past as they reconnect and heal. Even though this is a standalone story, I've got two major questions swirling in my head about some other characters that were introduced. I'm excited to find out more because I'm thinking they're going to be in future stories. I know one will for sure in the next book Any Time, Any Place. Can’t wait! This was my first Jennifer Probst book and I really enjoyed the writing and will definitely read her again. It had a good build and nice details being laid out. I was invested and enjoyed it. I thought the pace was steady and moved along well. It was pretty drama free, definitely a lighter read in my opinion. It’s a feel good, leave you happy and smiling type of book. The perfect beach read!

“Looking back, it wasn’t the kind of love that could last. It wasn’t the real kind.” “What’s the real kind?” “I don’t know. I guess the kind that grows as you age. The kind that can handle daily stress, and kids, and work schedules….” “You’re not a failure, because you took a chance. Because you tried to create something a person would love, instead of some pretty objects on a shelf an onlooker would admire. You found yourself where you were building that house, Morgan, and you found me with it.” Everywhere and Every Way is the first novel in an exciting news series by Jennifer Probst. Everywhere and Every Way is told from dual points of view and follows the story of Morgan and Caleb. Caleb has worked hard to achieve his dream of running the family company. He’s put up with unreasonable clients and unrealistic expectations from his father. So, when his father passes suddenly, Caleb is excited to finally claim the family business. Only his father couldn’t make things easy. Nope. His father’s will made it that he had to share the business with his estranged brothers and not only must they work together, but they must live together for one year and turn a profit. If they don’t reach the outrageous goal that his father has set, then they will loose everything….. Morgan is at the top of her game and making a name for herself as an interior designer. So, it comes as a no brainer for her to hire Caleb for her next project. However, Caleb isn’t making it easy for Morgan, so Morgan has pull out all the stops to get Caleb to work with her… Sparks ignite when Morgan and Caleb start working together. Will Caleb reach his goal and save his family business? Can Caleb survive living with his brothers after all this time has passed? Will Caleb and Morgan find a Happily Ever After? You’ll just have to read for yourself to find out… Everywhere and Every Way was a quick and easy read for me. I really enjoyed the plot of this story. I thought it was well written and I found the property brother style idea to be fun and refreshing. I loved the family conflict and couldn’t wait to see how the story would work out; if the brothers could find a common ground without trying to kill one another. I thought Caleb and Morgan were great together. I really liked the push and pull that they had. I thought Morgan really challenged Caleb and that made all the will they/won’t they, almost moments worth it. My only issue was the pacing. I did feel that it wasn’t quiet cohesive. It started off really well and then there would be moments where the pacing would slow down and drag a bit, and then pick right back up. Now, this might not be an issue for everyone, but it is something that stood out for me. Overall, I think this series is off to a really good start. The story-line and characters are fun and intriguing and keep you wanting more. This story had just the right mix of romance and drama and I can’t wait to see where this series will go next.

I received an ARC of Everywhere and Every Way by Jennifer Probst in exchange for an honest review. The fact that my time was not wasted on a long drawn out story was a plus. Ms. Probst with her clever characters, fast paced story and humorous dialogue made me a very happy camper. The back story of Caleb's family issues and Madison's control issues added to the appeal of this sexy, sassy and seductive read. The Billionaire Builders series is off to a good start.
