    This was such a fun read and really insightful and witty too! I laughed when I read the title and that really set the stage for my jaunt through the land of "F Bombs". Christina Ciani really got to the heart of being a single mom and made me want to be a modern single mom and leave the archaic ideas of what a single mom is behind me. I've got two girls who are l looking up to me to be the stand up woman that they can not only be proud of, but that they can take strength from and model themselves on. I want to be a single mother that doesn't let life hold me back and I think with "F Bombs 4 Single Moms" I'm kind of on my way to being that after some many years of wading through the murky waters!

    I am really jazzed after reading this. It felt like a reawakenin

    I am really jazzed after reading this. It felt like a reawakening, remembering who I am and who I am not. I think I took on that "woe is me" label a little too much when my husband left and I was left as a single mother of three kids. The book got me laughing and nodding my head, saying "yep, that's what I should do" over and over again, remembering the kick-ass women I was before I became this stressed single mother with a "life hates me" kind of vibe. Now that "F Bombs" has help me get back that same fire and zest for life I had before, I'm thinking that things are definitely going to change for the better.

    This book was thoughtful, hilarious, shameless and absolutely divine! I couldn't put it down even when I was laughing my head off, tear rolling down my face with my kids looking at me like I was having a nervous breakdown. "F-Bombs 4 Single Moms" was just what I was looking for to give me a little perspective about being a single mom and all it entails. I feel like I've really FUNKtified, can't help snorting at that word, my life and given myself new labels about who I am going to be as a single mother. No more "down trodden - woe is me" stuff, I'm a single mother, but that isn't the only thing that defines me.I am stoked about recommending this to my friends, I think it will really help them... just like it did me.

    'F Bombs 4 Single Moms' was like one of those books that you're not sure if it's the right one for you or not, but you try it anyways and so am so glad that I read this book too! It's funny, witty, put up or shut up advice that just makes being a single mom seem like it's the best job in the world. Being a single mom can be hard, always trying to do everything at once to be the best for your children and most of the time its great, but sometimes it can seem like you're a big failure no matter what you do. This book really gave me a little insight about what my role as a single mother was and what it wasn't, how I didn't have to accept the labels that I'd taken for so long that they felt like a part of me. Instead it helped me to be FUNK-y and joyful and everything in between!

    God, what a book! As a single mom I've gone through ups and down

    God, what a book! As a single mom I've gone through ups and downs trying to bea mother, father, friend, confidant, etc and it can get exhausting. Adding onto that the way single mothers are labeled in society, my stress levels can get high at times, but reading this book was like a breath of fresh air and clarity in my life as a single mother. It gave me a lot of understanding about who I wanted to be and I wanted to show to my children and to the world as a whole. From the moment I started reading "F-Bombs 4 Moms" I knew that I was going to take those funny, snarky words to heart and make changes about what being a single mother means to me. Seriously, I can't recommend this book enough, it gave me a new lease on my "single mother" life!!!

    Absolutely loved this book!
    The title of this book was really the first thing that caught my attention, it's such as brassy in your face kind of a title that just immediately grabs your attention and doesn't let go. And really, that's exactly what this book is about. "F Bombs 4 Singles Moms" is fun, its quirky and it makes being a single mom not only a challenge, but an adventure. The book really takes away all the stigma and passive aggressive public shaming of a single mom and takes it by the... well, you know whats, and makes being a single mom something to be proud of and something to celebrate. I like how the labeling a single mom gets is thrown out in the book and new, more positive, labels are give in their places. I would definitely recommend this book to any single mom you know because it really will get her into the right frame of mind where being a single mom is something to celebrate and find joy in. Matter of fact, with Mother’s Day coming around soon, this is the perfect Mother’s Day gift to give any single mom, she’ll love it!
