Overview

Evan Lennox is going nowhere fast. She's living with her grandparents after her parents bailed on her, she got kicked out of her posh private school, her ex-boyfriend proved to be the biggest sleaze imaginable, her former best friend is a back-stabber, and her current best friend is stuck in backwoods NJ. To top it all off, one teeny, tiny fire she lit to burn some memories of her ex goes a little out of control and winds up igniting a good piece of a very powerful family's pecan orchard.

Evan lands her pampered behind in court and gets sentenced to community service. Which she knows she deserves. But the hard labor and humiliation may be her undoing.

Until she meets Winchester Youngblood on the site.

Everything about him is tricky, confusing, not at all what it seems, and so sexy, Evan can't resist pulling closer. But every step she takes to get to know him gives her more of a reason to back up and put him as far out of life as she possibly can. Because Winch is one hundred percent complicated, and Evan isn't looking for that. At all. She needs to meet a nice, responsible guy, not share searing kisses with the charming hustler she met after they both got sentenced in court.

But Winch is so much more than what he seems, and Evan finds out that she's falling hard for the guy everyone underestimates and writes off. And Winch realizes that Evan is the one person who's ever challenged him to ask for more out of his life, and her courage inspires him to try to be the person she sees when she looks at him. With every single odd stacked against them, Evan and Winch need to find out whether they have what it takes to fall for each other.

FALL GUY is a New Adult novel. It contains strong language, references
to alcohol and drug use, sexual situations, and mature themes.

Biography:
I’ve been interested in writing since I rewrote the ending of Romeo and Juliet and killed them all off…every last one! My teacher loved it, and my inner writer came out kicking and screaming. My writing passion is YA/NA, the more verbal sparring, melodrama, and steaminess, the better! In my “real life” I love my gorgeous daughter who makes me laugh and dries my insane, my awesome husband (who is the inspiration for many of my best bad boys…shh!), all the rest of my crazy family and friends, plus travel, great books, good food someone else cooked, movies, and laughing. Laughing is my favorite.

I am the author of the mature YA Brenna Blixen Series (Double Clutch, Junk Miles, and Slow Twitch), the YA mature book Forgiving Trinity, the YA paranormal Inherit, and the New Adult romance Lengths, co-written with Steph Campbell.

Write me if you want! I’m at . I’d love to hear from you and am open to any questions/comments/hilarious Youtube video links. I’m pretty decent about checking my Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/lizreinhardtauthor and am less awesome about Twitter, where you can find me at @lizreinhardt. I also blog! 3.5 800+ pages

Good but not my favorite. I liked parts of the story development....until we git to know more of Winch's family...I don't know......just didn't stay connected or feel his charachter was believable......nor the development of their relationship...and her charachter bugged me too. I liked that she was strong, but felt like I was reading about adults.......

    It passed the time

First things... loved, loved, loved the names. I am considering have a Remington of my own... I can call HER Remmy! The story was okay, I like Winchester enough. But Evan, holy crap, stop being a two year old whiney little girl! When Winchester says he doesn't want you involved but the first few times you fight him on it and then bad things happen to him and everyone else... here is an idea... STOP IT! I was so frustrated about how clingy she was. Give the girl a back bone.

But I still enjoyed the book! :)

    :)

I loved winch who doesnt want a badass who can fight and drives a badass car.. his name is winchester youngblood for crying out loud .. that name is sexy within itself lol ... but hes also seriously blinded by family and this book touches on the subject of growing up and having to learn to be who are no matter what i think it was good .. a must read if youre here debating on wether or not you should give it a try. I thouh about it for anwhile and kept coming back to it if youre anything like me you dont waste time on corny books and ive read my fair share but this one is good i promise.

    A MUST READ!!!

I am loving the Brenna Blixen series so much. And, I absolutely adore her BFF, Evan Williams Lennox, who sparkles and shines in Fall Guy! And, of course, her man Winchester is perfectly flawed and utterly amazing! She's named after whiskey and he's named after a gun...what could possibly go wrong? I love these characters, and hope there's more to their story. Can't wait! ?

I was super excited about getting this book. I'm a huge fan of the Brenna Blixen Series, where we met Evan. I adored her immediately and wished on a star for a book of her own. Wish granted! WOOHOO!

Evan is smart, sassy, and resilient. This girl has come through some pretty bad family drama. Her parents have never given her much attention and she's been betrayed by her old best friend. When her ex-BFF sleeps with Evan's boyfriend, naturally Evan reacts badly. As a result, she has to go to court. There she meets Winch. They both get assigned to do community service. The attraction between them is deep. The problem is that Evan isn't sure she wants to take the risk and get hurt by a guy again.

Winchester Youngblood is not as he appears. While you think he's a typical bad boy, he really isn't. Winch is responsible, sensitive, loyal, and swoony. He falls hard for Evan and is determined to make her see that his feelings for her are real. The biggest obstacle getting in the way is his family. Winch feels obligated to take care of his family. When they call, he runs. This becomes a big issue for he and Evan. Ultimately, he needs to decide if having a future with Evan is more important than risking it all for his family.

Liz always sucks me into these characters lives. I feel like I know them and root for them to be happy. This story, while connected to the Brenna Blixen Series, has a very different feel. I loved that. We're introduced to a whole new cast of characters that intrigued me and left me wanting to know more. So, I was thrilled to hear that we will learn more about the Youngbloods. There is definitely much to be discovered. I loved Winch's siblings and want them all to find a happy ending.

Just want to mention that we do get to see little bits of Brenna. I love that girl and was thrilled to see her relationship with Evan continues to be strong. Although, it made me homesick for Jake Kelly. *sigh*

So, my final thoughts on Fall Guy....definitely a WIN in my opinion. I loved every minute of this book and was sad to see it end. My only consolation was knowing that perhaps I will get a glimpse of Evan and Winch in the upcoming Youngblood books.

This book gave me a great love story, a new beginning, added with a little bit of spice. I highly recommend it!
