A Redemptive Story!! The Blue-Collar Billionaires series just gets better and better with each subsequent book. I absolutely loved this book. Finn, who is the second oldest Marshall brother, is also a broody, grumpy, revengeful, giving, loving and broken veteran. Finn's story was extremely emotional and absolutely beautiful. He wrenched every emotion out of me. He and Marissa, the beautiful heroine, who was Finn's high school girlfriend, left each other broken, which led to some bad decisions being made on both of their behalves. So, yes, Finn made me so angry at times that I wanted to beat him, but at the same time he also broke my heart. He had been seriously hurt by the beautiful Marissa and did not quite know how to deal with that heartbreak or how to move on from it. My only complaint was that Finn was not long enough!! I did not want Finn to end because it was so good. I cannot wait for Gabe, the next book in this series. Excellent job, M. Malone!! If you have not read this book or Tank, the 1st book in the Blue-Collar Billionaires series, or any book by M. Malone, I highly recommend this book as a stepping stone into the wonderful world of M. Malone. Once you start reading her books you will not stop.

**I received an ARC of this story in exchange for an honest review** Finn is a young war veteran who has a pill addiction that stems from a war injury. In the first book of this series, Finn and his brother finally accepted millions of dollars from their absentee father in order to pay for their mother to get top treatment for cancer. This book finds Finn using part of the money to seek vengeance against Marissa for breaking his heart when he was still in the military. Unbeknownst to him, Marissa's life hasn't been roses and she really regrets what she did. Old feelings resurface as the pain fades away but unfortunately for Finn, his vengeance plan does work. Overall, this book is very well written and does give a complete story. I really felt for what Finn had went through as a soldier and what he was doing for other displaced soldiers. Marissa's character was alright but I just really didn't find much there. I really liked the first book in the series about Finn's brother Gunn, but something just seemed missing for me. I don't know if it was just the easy forgiveness of it all or what it was, but it was just ok.

Decent read. I was kind of expecting more with the ex-husband, but it was a good short read.

Really a 4-1/2 star This would have rated a 5-star if not for a few loose ends; but, maybe they will be tied up in the next book. of this series. After serving more than one tour fighting for his country, Fin returns with severe wounds and to find he is now fighting demons -- from the war and those from the home front. Because his mother's cancer has reappeared, he is forced to face the father who abandoned he, his brothers and his mother so many years ago. Then, there is his one true love who walked out on him and for whom he wants revenge. The story is well written and does have a couple unexpected twists.

This book was very disappointing. The main character was not likable. The story line was weak and not developed. Overall, this book was a waste of time.

Good book but not nearly as exciting as Tank's story which is a shame.

Finn is about a man named ... you guessed it ... Finn. Now, Finn is quite wealthy due to a new inheritance. He uses this inheritance to make his old flame's life a living hell. Well, that was the plan anyway. Things don't work out quite the way that he intended and you follow Finn and Rissa on this rollercoaster of a relationship as they rediscover themselves and each other. You know, I was really intrigued by the summary for this one. Buying revenge? It sounded almost like a romantic suspense. Which it is not. Before I get into all of that, there are a few good things. I liked the characters for the most part. And I liked the camaraderie between Finn and his brothers. I thought that added a bit to the story line. But. I think that there were too many subplots going on with this book. There were like 15 other things going on other than the main storyline. It was just too much. Not that there was too much information and you're just inundated but with so many different things going on, not enough attention was given to the main plots. I think that if just a couple of them were chosen then the story would have been stronger and it would have grabbed (and kept) my attention. I just got a little tired of such vague situations and anticlimaxes. Where the climax of the story should have been was actually just a "meh" little victory. I had such high hopes for this book and this whole series. I had actually put all of this series on my To Read list but I fear that I may have to change that. This book wasn't badly written, it was just a bit fragmented and lackadaisical with the story line. If you like a slower paced book, this may be for you. It's just not a good fit for me.

Like Tank, Finn's book was dramatic, gripping, and sexy. Finn and Rissa have a love/hate relationship through much of the book. At one point, you do feel like saying "Come on! Get it together!" I love Claire and her relationship with the boys. I hope the next book or two finds her receiving her miracle. I definitely give this one 4.5 stars!! Bring on GABE!

1.5 stars for effort. This short story was boring. Actual pages 139.

Can't wait to see what the next books in this series bring, because the first two books have been great.  It's a sure sign that the author has done a good job of character development when you want to chew out one (or both) of the main characters - and I definitely wanted to more than once in this book.  At the same time, I was rooting for them to get their acts together .  Am looking forward to the rest of the series - and maybe a little more insight into the patriarch of the family.
