Overview

A series of fatal fires threatens Minneapolis. Fire investigators and law enforcement race to apprehend the serial arsonist. Facing political pressure and public hysteria, the chief prosecutor charges a suspect with arson and murder. But the trial prosecutor, Zehra Henning, questions the rush to judgement.
