Jeff Galloway - Jeff was an average teenage runner who kept learning and working harder, until he became an Olympian.     This book is fantastic

    I love the way the book is organized and also the way in which it makes sure that I don't overdo it in my quest to run a half marathon. I will let you know late how it worked out.... my plan is to ryn a half in October 2012.
