    AWESOME READ!!!

Rob Mack hit a home run with his book Happiness From The Inside Out.
This book is carefully, thoughtfully and beautifully written. His eight principles provide simple and practical techniques for beginning and continuing to lead a happy fulfilled life. Rob's gives contemplative and concsise techniques to use every day and throughout the day, and they work great for me. I've read the book throughout, and continue to go back over various sections always finding something new to ponder.
Thanks Rob for writing a "life GPS" for happiness!

    I Also Recommend:

    Don't waste your time

This book is nothing more than watered down self help soupy rhetoric from a hundred other authors served to you by Robert Mack on a cheap cafeteria tray with plastic utensils.
It's only saving grace is that its written well and would be a good book for someone who has NEVER read anything in the self-help arena. The simple writing style and vocabulary make this book ideal for early teens and teens.
