Meet the Author

Emma Jay has been writing longer than she'd care to admit, using her endless string of celebrity crushes as inspiration for her heroes. She discovered her husband has way more tolerance for screensavers and hunk-decorated blog posts when she calls them her "heroes." Emma, married 22 years (wed at the age of 8, of course) believes writing romance is like falling in love, over and over again. Creating characters and love stories is an addiction she has no intention of breaking.

One of the reviewers implied this book was 250 pages. Actually, it is 86 according to NOOK! I'll finish reading as long as it's complete and not cut off, but if it stops in the middle of a thought I am deleting. Thought Smashworks had clear submission guidlines about formatting and what is an unacceptable submission. Pretty sure partial works and diary entries are amongst them. BN needs to screen better. This author has 2 more related works and if they both cost 99 cents for the same wordcount I will not buy. This is how we're getting ripped off by BN and wasting space on our devices. Tired of being played.

## Don't bother! I can't believe the ending of this book. I invested my time through 250 pages only to be thoroughly disappointed in the end. In addition to the abrupt ending, the two leading characters had very little chemistry. The sex scenes would have been outstanding if the chemistry had existed. The heroine had zero personality. The only bright spot was the hero. Really, don't waste your time.
