THE IMPOSTRESS is an entertaining historical romance that at first may seem inane, but works because readers feel Kiera¿s growing anxiety over the ploy. The story line is a comedy of errors as Kiera compounds the deception though she expects the worse to happen when she also falls in love with the victim of the ruse. This book has a great deal of detail about people and the bonds they have with one another, and what they would do for those bonds.
