“Our bargain is sealed. My secrets will be yours—when the girl dies.”

In the thrilling climax to THE SEER series, Sabine Rose’s psychic abilities, sleuthing skills, and courage are pushed to a dangerous edge as she deals with the mysterious disappearance of her ex-boyfriend Josh, a new threat against her boyfriend Dominic, evil magicians (both living and dead)—and a cold-blooded murderer.

Editorial Reviews

VOYA - Julie Watkins
After a difficult breakup with her boyfriend, Josh, Sabine is relieved that life seems to be settling down to some semblance of normalcy. Now Josh can find an adoring girlfriend that will appreciate his magician skills, while Sabine can be with her true love, Dominic, who does not treat her psychic abilities as a freak of nature. This illusion is shattered when she receives a frantic phone call from Josh's mother. He is missing, and Sabine becomes plagued with disturbing visions of his fate. To further complicate matters, her half-sister, Jade, has betrayed her by dating Sabine's arch-enemy, Evan, and new threats against her beloved Dominic prevent her from turning to him for comfort. Sabine must summon both her wits and her supernatural abilities to save Josh and thwart the dangers that seem to be approaching those she loves from every direction. In this exciting conclusion to the Seer series, the author juggles multiple plot lines with ease and then neatly wraps it up at the end. Although the ending is arguably a little too tidy, it is a minor quibble and will make no difference to most fans. They will revel in the fast-paced adventure and unique characters, as well as Sabine's evolving relationship with Dominic. It is an entertaining read and a recommended purchase to round out the popular series. Reviewer: Julie Watkins

Meet the Author

With plots involving twins, cheerleaders, ghosts, psychics and clones, Linda Joy Singleton has published over 25 midgrade and YA books.

When she's not writing, she enjoys life in the country with a barnyard of animals including horses, cats, dogs and pigs. She especially loves to hear from readers and speaking at schools and libraries. She collects vintage series books like Nancy Drew, Trixie Belden and Judy Bolton.

When Linda is asked why she'd rather write for kids than adults, she says, "I love seeing the world through the heart of a child, where magic is real and every day begins a new adventure. I hope to inspire them to reach for their dreams. Writing for kids is a gift, a responsibility, and an honor."

    Eh

I read the first five books when I was fourteen & I loved them. I didn't realize there was a sixth book until now so I barely decided to read it. I must say, it wasn't as engaging as I remembered they use to be, but I think it's because at 18, they are a little below my reading level now. It's a good YA novel, but I think it's more for a much younger audience between the ages of 12-14. Maybe 15.
