Overview

She’s dead-set against him. He’s dead certain he can change her mind…

Marienna Valdez has a cop allergy. Their cocky, superior attitudes never fail to turn her stomach. How fitting that her reward for enduring a perfectly sucky work week is a traffic ticket from one who’s on the kind of overblown power trip she learned to hate when she was growing up surrounded by boys in blue.

But now she’s finally home, where she prepares to take the edge off with a well-deserved self-love session. Just as she gets settled in with her favorite toys, though, what should come barreling through her bedroom door but…another cop!

SWAT team sniper Marcus Pearson doesn’t need detective skills to figure out just what he’s interrupted. If he can keep her quiet long enough to resolve the tense situation under her bedroom window, he intends to put down his rifle and take aim at her aversion to the badge…

Warning: This title contains one sheet-wrapped, cop-and-damsel burrito with toys on the side. Extra batteries included.

Marienna Valdez has a cop allergy. Their cocky, superior attitudes never fail to turn her stomach. How fitting that her reward for enduring a perfectly sucky work week is to get a traffic ticket from one who's on the kind of overblown power trip she learned to hate when she was growing up surrounded by boys in blue. But now she's finally home, where she prepares to take the edge off with a well deserved self-love session. Just as she gets settled in with her favorite toys though, what should come barreling through her door but...another COP! SWAT team sniper Marcus Pearson doesn't need detective skills to figure out what he's interrupted. If he can keep her quiet long enough to resolve the tense situation under her bedroom window, he intends to put down his rifle and take aim at her aversion to the badge... I hate there not being a synopsis on books I'm considering buying. Sometimes when I take the chance and get them anyways I end up with something I wouldn't have bought. It was ok, but there wasn't much plot and they jumped on each other too fast for my taste.

Good but short.

No depth. Yes it was very short - 40 pages - but ive read short stories that had a beginning, a midde, and an ending. This felt like I walked in the middle of a conversation, & left before it end.

Who don't like a hot cop story! The only bad thing about this book is that it's to short. This story felt unfinished, and for the amount of money this book cost it should be longer than 40 pages.

Position Secured by Olivia Brynn is a hot & steamy short erotic romance about a woman who is about to have her bad opinion of cops changed drastically. Marienna has had a really bad day. She has never liked cops anyway, and then she gets a ticket on her way home. She’s angry and she plans to work off her aggression in her bedroom with her toys. Right in the middle of things, someone starts pounding on her door. Of all the bad luck, it’s a cop, and he’s insisting he needs into her house to cover a crime going on outside. I highly recommend this book! It’s well written and makes a really great fantasy/escape read. This is a story that isn’t really meant to be all that realistic and believable. It’s the type of story you read to escape for a while. I liked the length because it’s short, but it’s long enough to enjoy. I liked the characters, and there was a good story and even some sweet romance behind all the hot sex! Olivia Brynn is quickly becoming a favorite for me.
