This book gives proof to the fact our government knows nothing about health. Whoever has more money into lobbying the government will get their bigger share of the food pyramid. That is why they change it every few years. It is definetly not because our nutritional needs change.

Just read it! The best things in life are free. Boring covers hide the best books.

Not what I was expecting. It probably deserves a high rating as I didn't read it through. I need a resource for nutrient values of food, something like a dictionary, that presents item in different stages ie: raw, cooked, etc.
