I look forward to a couple of plane trips a year (only escape from the rat race) to read a few good books, even if they are work related. This was a book I couldn't put down, as a leader myself, it has brought ideas on the back burner to the for front again, as well as new ideas to impliment, to communicate better to employees. I will be reading this book over and over to remind myself of all aspects of being a leader, and I will also suggest to my employees, who are supervisers themselves, to purchase this book and keep this book as a reference throughout their careers. A big thanks to Major General Smith! Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.
