    It Really Does Work!!!

    I was skeptical about this CD, but after reading the other reviews I decided to give it a try. I had recently read a book about self-esteem and was trying to be more aware of and correct my negative thinking. I've been playing this CD at night in bed. I never really got very far in it before falling asleep and wasn't really sure if it was doing any good or not. But after dealing with a difficult person in my life who is usually the type to make you feel bad about yourself, I found myself repeating the affirmations from the CD instead of the usual negative things I've repeated to myself since I was little. I stopped dead in my tracks, thinking WOW!!! It worked!! And after dealing with that person I was so upbeat and relaxed instead of tired and worn-out. I definitely recommend this CD.

    Think Good Thoughts

    Oh, the power of good thoughts unparalleled inner strength. I listen to it while I sleep, while I read, on the train, bus, when I need an escape, and when I don't. I have it on my Ipod! It's impossible to have too many good thoughts in your world. Hay allows us to pause long enough to ponder our worth. Kudos!!

    Morale Boosting

    Playing this as I am settling in for a good night's sleep is always a wonderful way to quiet the anxiety and worrisome thoughts that seem to show themselves at just the wrong time. Not only does it provide for a peaceful sleep, but it's also a great pick-me-up during the workday when things are going roughly. I see these affirmations as mere reminders, thoughts we already knew but tend to forget when life challenges us. Included are thoughts like: I am inspired by life. I express my self-confidence and self-worth. I feel good about my life. I am worth loving. I am safe and secure. And many more. Definitely a buy worth the money.

    Helpful

    All of the books and tapes I have bought written by Louise L. Hay are great. I listen to the books on tape and her meditation tapes. It calms you and helps you see a little clearer sometimes.
