    Must Read!

In this sixth installment of the A-list the story of the young and rich, Zoey Dean¿s focus is mainly on prom. Overall this book is a great read; it has a great plot and wonderful storyline. Each character has his/her own little story happening inside this one. It does start out a little bit slow in the beginning but then it picks up.

In the beginning none of the wonderful A-list really even consider going to prom. They are all so above it. Sam however starts to consider it when Anna states that she wants to go. Then when Sam finds out about a documentary contest, which would be perfect to showcase her talents. She sets her sights on making prom happen and getting her A-list friends to go.

Anna seems to have it made in this one or so it seems. Ben is home for the summer and they finally settled on an honest relationship. Even better than that Ben is taking her to prom but could this very attractive and very curvy family friend that is living in Ben¿s house cause new problems? Who knew perfect Anna had so many insecurities.

There is a new side of Cammie shown in this book as the mystery of her mother¿s death unravels slowly. The question is will she take it out on Adam because he¿s the one who found the truth?

Dee gets a night pass from Ojai Psychiatric Institute for the prom she¿s still an inpatient there being treated for bi-polar. We see a brand new Dee in this book. Could it really be that Dee is actually normal now?
Dee goes to prom with Ben¿s friend from Princeton, Jack and they find they have some scary reality in common. There only issue is how they are going to ditch her chaperone from the institute, Marshall.

After the Bel-Air Grand Hotel burns down thanks to one of our not so good girls. She didn¿t do it on purpose and she actually feels guilty for once, which is quit shocking. There is mad panic about getting another venue for prom. Sam steps in and takes over getting her father¿s movie set for Ben-Hur. She pretty much saves the day for the prom weenies as she calls them. Only problem is now Eduardo can¿t take her to the prom. So she goes with Parker as a friend¿or at least that¿s what they said.

This book had all the drama and glamour and designer dresses that all the other had. However there wasn¿t as much cattiness in this one which isn¿t necessarily a bad thing but some readers may miss this. Like I said before it started a bit slow but then it picked right up and I was sucked right into the story. The biggest thing that kept me intrigued was the mystery of Cammie¿s mother¿s death. Another great scene that will capture everyone is prom prep, when all the girls work together to help one less fortunate girl.

A definite must read in the series!

    Some Like It Hot

Some Like It Hot is one of my favorite books in the A-List series. All the A-List crew is eager to graduate from high school, but of course first comes prom. That of course brings drama. It would not be a book without a little spice and drama to mix things up. Anna Percy, a 72sophiscated girl from the upper east side has mixed feelings about her first prom in L A. Not knowing what to expect, but sure to find drama. Ben flies in from Princeton to escort Anna to prom, but the unexpected guest staying at his house might be cutting in the middle of some of there plans. Cammie and Adam are together and of course go to prom together. Sam has other plans for the year, however. She wants to make her dream to go to film school at USC a reality. She begins by creating a documentary of prom, and all of the stuff behind it. Sam gets help in her friend, Parker and they end up going to prom together because Eduardo can not make it- or at least that is what he says. Sam suddenly becomes the star of prom by hooking the school up with the latest venue of her dad's new film. As if that is not enough, Sam gets crowned prom queen of Beverly Hills High. In celebration of the night, her and Parker hit the beach and engage in a drunken friendly peck when an unexpected visitor shows up, turning Sam's world inside out. This is a really exciting and eventful book in the series. Can everyone put their differences aside for prom? Of course not, this is the A-list.

    some like it hot

This book was really good. I liked how all of the relationships ended up, and i liked how eduardo ended the relationship with sam, they weren't meant for eachother. I found though, that the relationship between ben and anna was the most boring, especially since both the characters are boring. I liked how the book ended where cammie and sam were talking to eachother and how cammie didn't totally freak out to sam how cammies father was haveing a affair with sams mother when cammies mother died. I can't wait to read the next book!

should have started with the first book, but i didn't. I may regret that later, but it's fine now. This book was different than i expected, in a rich way. The people alot ruder, the girls alot snottier. But it was an enjoyable book. I would rate it a 8 out of 10 stars.

Best book since the first one

I've been really dissappointed with the series up until now, I loved the first book but then the others got a little too weird for me. This one was really good again though. The plot seemed more realistic as compared to the one where they get lost in a desert?? I would highly reccomend this series to everyone now that it seems to be getting back on track...

    DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!

i thought this book was very unrealistic. it was one of the most boring books ive read. the plot was just.... dull.i had to finish it for a project and it was so bad i put it off for 2 weeks. i thought it was poorly written and i think ive even found some mistakes in the grammar. i had to re-read some paragraphs several times beacuse they just didnt make sense. the flow of the writing is just TERRIBLE. i would never recomend it to anyone. it looked like it was written by a 5th grader that dreams to be a princess.

    Wow....just wow

Out of all the books I have read in this series this is the best one yet. The drama, the passion, and the mixed feelings in it is just unbelievable. The way she writes I feel like I'm there. This is the best book I have ever read.

    BEST ONE YET!!!

I thought that this book was the best in the series so far. I Love this book. My favorite part is when Anna and Ben were together. They seem so happy. I also liked when the author captured Bens feelings in this one. It was a good change.

    GREATEST TEENAGE NOVELS EVER!!!

This book is a serious page-turner. You anticipate each and every new series that comes out. Hanging on every word, I usually read these books over and over. Zoey Dean really knows how to keep you on your toes and loving every minute of it. She's one of the best teenage writers I know of. A combination of Cecily von Ziegesar and Meg Cabot, but unique in her own way. I definitely recommend these books to any one ready to get lost in the 'flawless' world of Hollywood and the young and rich...
