    Cannot Rate

I cannot rate because someone at B&N put a promotional CD in with the books and they were not accepted by the Department of Corrections, inmates are not allowed to receive CD's. The books were mailed back to B&N. But according to the customer service rep I communicated with B&N never received them. So all I did was pay for something I never ultimately got!
