Overview

Leslie walked away from the Dark Court, determined to reclaim her life and live it on her own terms—even if it meant leaving behind the two faeries who love her. She knows Niall and Irial watch over her, and she would give almost anything to keep them from hurting. But she resists the pull to be with either one of them. Someone knows about Leslie's past, however, and is intent on using her to reach the fey. And he doesn't care who gets hurt.

Meet the Author

Melissa Marr: Although I was voted "most likely to end up in jail" in high school, I decided to get an MA and teach literature and gender studies to college students across the country. Along the way, I've been unable to resist trying new things—including working an archeological dig, slinging drinks at a biker bar, and getting fabulous tattoos.

I call all of this research for my writing. To fill my craving for new experiences, I've lived in Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Southern California, and Virginia, and I plan to keep roaming with my family as widely and as often as possible.

I don't mind teen fic but I like to be warned before I walk into a book with angsty teenage heroin's and male leads with almost no personality but to love and adore the Mary sue lead. so if you wanna read another Mary sue meets Gary stu, dont buy this book, there are tons available free at the library.

Yes, this book is incredibly short, but it's worth your time and money. I guess you could call it a short story in the world of Wicked Lovely, but it adds to Ink Exchange in that it focuses on the relationships between Leslie, Irial, and Niall now that Leslie is no longer in the Dark Court. It was great and I would recommend it to anyone who is a fan of the series.

I liked the story, but it was very short. If I would have known, I would not have bought it

I am a fan of the Wicked Lovely Series. But, found this book a waste of the 10-15 mins I spent reading it. A lot of the storyline was a rehashing from the other books in this series. As a short story it has no resolution. As a part of the series it is at best redundant. Sorry even at $1.99 it was a waste of money.
