Alas, Rebecca has to think long and hard on that one. Poor Jake can't be quite sure which way its going to fall. But then sometime love is better the second time around. They figure it out in the end. Good book. Highly recommended!

This is a deeply emotional story that made me cry. The emotional bond that Reb and Jake form is incredible and inspiring. I loveLorraine Heath!

I would give this 3 1/2 stars. I think this book was well written, but it made me sad. Jake has had such a hard life. He deserves so much. Rebecca is a wonderful woman, but she really disappoints me. Everything works out, but I was frustrated with Rebecca. Therefore, I only could give it 3 1/2 stars. I walked away from this book feeling unsatisfied even with the Happily Ever After ending. I guess I don't forgive as easy as others.
