Short story for kids - not a book

Bought this thinking I'd get a book or at least a novella. It was a short story! Not even a good one. It read like it was written by a teen for those under 12 and needs major editing because of grammar issues, spelling and missing words. Very disappointed.

No stars!!!!!!!! Horrible poorly written book. Spend your money on something else

Im not sure what this book was all about. It seemed like it was taking bits and pieces from Twilight. This book was so disappointing. It jumped around some much that i was trying to figure out what was going on most if the time. The characters really wasn't filled out very well I couldn't get a since of them at all. I mean what was it about Benij that she was drawn to? Why was he drawn to her? I felt a disconnect between all of the characters. I will definatly not be buying the rest of the books in this series. I hate that i even spent the $.99 that i spent on it.

    I Also Recommend:

    Buy something better!

I bought this because another author I read recommended it but this book was terrible! Characters are never developed and there was a lot of jumping around. The main character (I can't even remember her name) just let everybody walk all over her without standing up for herself. And the product name dropping drove me crazy from the first chapter, really do we need to know the exact name brand of everything! It seemed like the author was trying to fill space from the Proactive face cleanser, Urban Decay eye shadow, Maybelline lipgloss, to the Bath & Body Works body scrub in Coconut Lime - really do we need to know all the brands she's using! I kept hoping something would happen in the book but it didn't. It started slow and ended slow, it was a waste of time. I would recommend Richelle Mead's Vampire Academy Series which has developed characters and a great storyline.

    Ok what happened?

Disappointed that as soon as this book finally got interesting it just stopped! I know authors like to leave you wanting more but not unfinished. I'll still look for the next one and hope it's more satisfying.

    Epic Fail!

This series is a failed attempt at a vampire story. It is definitley not worth reading. Very disappointing. It was like the author was trying too hard to make it into another twilight series.

    REALLY BAD.

This was one of the worst books I have read in a really long time. Very bad writing. It almost sounded like robots were speaking...."she's really mean. I don't think i want to hang out with them." Cliched atmosphere and sayings. Just horrible! Thank goodness this book was only .99. Save yourself the dollar though and buy some candy because you will regret reading this poorly written book!!

    Waste of time

The main character whines and complains constantly. She is very annoying. And these are the most pathetic vampires i have come across yet... save your time and money

    Terrible

It had so many errors. Who is the editor? I can normally overlook most typos, grammer issues etc. If the story is worth the read. In this case the author has taken the skeleton of the twilight book and changed a few things. Its a rip off of a book that isn't even good enough to rip off.

    Not that good.

This book could've been better had it been longer and explain more of what happened instead of being rushed. Don't buy this book.

These are the worst books i have ever read and an eight year old could have done considerably better. Each book only gets worse. Not even worth your time to even read the actual book since the summary says it all. Literally nothing happens in the book that the summary didnt describe already. Dont waste your money.
