It won't take long to discover that Vicki Stagway is perceived as an unpleasant woman. How unpleasant? That depends on one's perspective. Her co-workers certainly harbor a certain level of distaste for Vicki, this is true.

But her victims? That's another matter entirely.

My thoughts: ended abrubtly. This story needs to be longer because I feel most readers will be left hanging.

20 pages. The short story did not make sense.

Drivel. No plot. Went no where.

One of the most redundant books that I have ever read.

Twenty pages of senseless drivel. Really, really bad. I don't like to give bad reviews because I do not want to hurt or discourage anyone from future efforts. Someone just might have the great American novel hidden deep inside and give up writting because of cruel remarks, but this was a waste of five minutes of my life.

It's what you don't expect that gets you!

Terribly close to the reality of random violence. I hated that the psycho Vicky is ugly, and the victim is pretty. Its the other way around sometimes the pretty girl is nuts. That might have been more interesting. A good quick read though.

I really was getting into this book when it ended. It didnt quite make sense to me, but i liked it. I would have liked it to be much longer and a bit better explained. I will try more by this author.

I would hate to meet Vicki in a dark ally. She scares me. Very well written.

Vicki had killed Maggie with her gun. And Vicki went back to McCorkle and she said that Maggie would not have Edwin anymore. I enjoyed this novel ShelleyMA
