This book gives you updates on the Capital fashions, the characters, and scenes. That isn't even the best part because the book has quotes and opinions from the cast.

This is a really good magazine it even tells you what Suzanne Collins thought of the actors. I think this is worth buying if your a big fan, I have been reading alot of reviews and some fans have been doing the team thing and some don't like that. So I say I'm sideing with Katniss SHE pick the best guy Peeta so really I'm not really on any team I'm just happy with who she married. Gale maybe a hottie but what he did in the last book was cold and for me I don't care how hot you are you can't change your heartless actions.

Enter the world of The Hunger Games! See the characters in action, learn about the casting, learn about the costumes, check out the places and props, and see the crew filming! This book is great for all who love to learn about movie making, and of course, for fans of The Hunger Games! With in-depth descriptions and behind the scenes photos, you'll be sure to want this book! It makes me want to see the movie sooooo bad!

There isn't a lot new material about the story itself, but if you like learning about the making of movies and how people were casted, etc. Than this book is a fun read. It shows enough pictures with out spoiling the whole movie. I read it pretty fast and now I am even more excited for the movie. It also helped cast away any doubts on if the movie will be good or not (for me at least).

I loved the Hunger Games books, but this was a huge let down. My friends have the hardcover version so I decided to get this one. It won't take you to the chapter that you press on in the contents section, the pictures and cover page are really small, the pages rarely turn, it says I only have 53 pages in the book, some pages are blank, etc. If you want to buy this book, seriously consider going out and buying the hardcover version. *And for those of you involved in the whole teams vs. no teams argument, who cares? We all love the series, so let people pick teams, and those of you who do, don't bother the fans that don't.

Welcome to the Hunger Games! And let the odds be ever in your favor. I remember that from movie! Didn't read book though. If the book is even half as good as the movie, I will squeal from all the excitment and JOY. If you do not like the Hunger Games, wheather it be the book or movie, you will officially be psycho, crazy, weird, and clueless. The Hunger Games is a lot better than Twilight, and many other movies. I could watch the movie 10 or more times, it is so good!:)

Trust me, if you are obsessed with the hunger games (or if you want to be because thats something alot of people talk about) you should get this book it makes you want the movie to come out SO bad!!!!!!!!!!! Just spend the $11 or whatever it is to buy it. Good job Kate Egean!!!!!! (Really really sorry if its spelled wrong) * )

The sample isnt really the best. It talks a little bit about how Suzzane Collins came up with the idea and the plot but that is it aside from talking about her other books. I would say that you could get the sample but you would be done with it in about 2 minutes. I love the hunger games an i bet the book is awesone, just not the sample.

Glimmer, a not so offical Hunger Games victor, climbed out of the freshly dug grave that her family did. That stupid Candy Firestar and her companion Finnick Odair made her pass out from pain, and the hovercraft took her away. The Capitol didn't know she lived, so didn't the rest of Panem. But she was going to kill The Girl Who Was On Fire and Odair. Glimmer will be the only living victor of the Seventy-Fivth Annual Hunger Games. She was going to have to get to the Victor's Village in District 12 first. But how? Glimmer's question was soon answered. A hovercraft was slowing down overhead. A girl got on the ladder and so did Glimmer. The hovercraft sped off to District 7. Glimmer told the pilot that she wanted to go to District 12. A few hours later, the ladder dropped, and Glimmer could see a tiny square of 12. She got off and saw the Victor's Vilage in the distance. This was her chance to finally be a victor. She took the knive out of her pocket and headed off.
