'Twas Murder Most Foul... Or Was It?

Lord Kirkheathe's first wife was dead, and though his liege lord deemed him guiltless, rumor yet tarred his reputation. Now Elizabeth Perronet found herself his newly wedded bride with a question of her own: If Raymond D'Estienne were truly no savage, how had he unleashed in her things so...untamed and wild?

Treachery, Thy Name Is Woman!

Or so believed Raymond D'Estienne, courtesy of his late wife. What, then, was he to make of the remarkable Elizabeth Perronet, fresh from the convent and determined to change his life--in ways he'd never dreamed!

Meet the Author

Margaret Moore actually began her writing career at the age of eight, when she and a friend would make up stories together. She also loved to read and many years later graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature. After reading a romance by Kathleen Woodiwiss, Margaret took a course in popular fiction writing and through that, found Romance Writers of America. Three years later, in 1991, she sold her first historical romance. And the rest, as they say, is history!

Not the usual I won't tell him or her I love you until the last chapter and I'm sure I'll get a like response. Followed by the epilogue where they have twins. This is the second MM book I've read and in both of them the minute they knew they were in love they couldn't wait to let the other one know. They had to say it when they felt it because that's what love is. Not safe sometimes sorry. It was a little slow at times but I still gave it 4 stars because it had a lot of heart...and isn't that why we read romance novels.
