First of all, this book totally draged. I really can't understand why this book had to be so long. This book has a lot of unnessary scenes for me. Second, I just don't see how they can let his family destroy what they had. They been together since they were ten years old. Third, I can understand some hesitance from Brenna, but not a lot. What woman wouldn't want a Jabarie as her man. He prove that he want them to be together and that he loved her. I was hoping for a little bit more.

The details that kept getting forgotten drove me crazy with this book. How can you not remember an eye color, heigt, and age of a character you made up? It just didnt make sense to me. Kinda slow and long for this story. Hopefully the next is better b/c i've read some good books by angie.

The character's were good especially Jabarie, Brenna got on my last good nerve,by the time it was coming to the final chapters I wanted her to get a grip.

Because I have read two of Angie's short stories before, I expected this book to be ad juicy as them. It was good, but not as good. I kept reading waiting to get to the juicy part. I loved the characters: the fact that the Beaumont's realized they had no business meddlin' and Bren's mom for coming back as for her forgiveness.
I'm trying to find the other books in the series. I hope they write up to the author's name.

Definitely looking forward to reading the rest of the Beaumont series. This was a great start to a wonderful tale of lost love being recaptured. And as I kept reading and enjoying the details and the scenery of the small town of Sheraton, I almost forgot that the town was imaginary, it seemed so real. I loved Jabarie's character and the way he fought and refused to give up on Brenna and their love. Although, I thought Brenna was a fool to even consider not getting back with Jabarie, I totally empathized with her fear of another broken heart, but the man was putting it all on the line for her, I don't know how she fought her love for him as long as she did...me I would have broken down after the passion-filled weekend on the yacht. And can't wait to see what happens between Jace and Sheyna...the sparks were defintely flying between the two of them. That's going to be a very intense romantic tale.
