    just okay

    I thought this book would be good but if you don't have wheat grass then most of this book is useless. I personally thought it was a waste of money but if you have never juiced before it would probably be a way of getting ideas, like I said, IF you have a wheatgrass juicer!

    The best juicing book out there

    I owned a juicer for several years and hardly used it until my friend gave me this book. The recipes look and taste gourmet but are actually quite simple to follow, and I love the nutritional analysis! As well, I find the author's writing style to be much more enoyable than other cookbooks out there -- a nice way to add some interest to the cooking experience.

    And its Healthy Too?

    Wow, I'm usually pretty skeptical of cookbooks that claim health benefits and good taste at the same time, but this book made me throw down my wariness and jump for joy! These recipes are easy to make, they taste AMAZING and I even feel good about myself after drinking 16oz. worth! Best of all, the recipes are described so cleverleb. No boring droning here. No sir-e Bob! Someone spent a lot of time coming up with clever puns and amusing anecdotes that makes this an absolute pleasure to read! All I can say is: unbelievable!
