Overview

UnAuthorized is a fast paced suspense thriller. Readers are describing it as "murder divided by two" because it's a collaboration by two authors who are known for giving readers stories with a twist.

What happens when a know it all reporter meets an overworked detective – you get Authorized.

Rachel Murphy is used to getting threats. It came with the job of being one of the top investigative reporters in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. Michael Henderson has received many accolades as a detective with the Dallas Police Department. He is known for investigating a case with the tenacity of a hungry lion in search of his prey.

Detective Henderson’s investigation into a brutal murder leads him to Rachel Murphy’s doorstep. Their personalities immediately clash. Rachel sees Michael as an obnoxious and overbearing cop. Michael sees Rachel as a meddlesome overeager reporter. In order to solve the case, they must push their personal feelings to the side and work together.

Danger and suspense draws these two unlikely people together in more ways than one.

    Really enjoyed the read

I still can't figure out which doctor was the mastermind. The doctor I thought it was was not the one arrested. I laughted, cried and felt the love for family and friends. Being a romatic I love the romance.

    Romantic Suspense

I liked the chemistry between Rachel and Michael. The suspense kept me on the edge of my seat. I really hope to see another book with Rachel and Michael. There were several surprise moments in the book.

Brilliantly written. This was a fast pace, action packed book that had plenty of twists and turns that it really kept me engaged. Loved the chemistry between the two main characters, Detective Michael Henderson, and journalist Rachel Murphy. This was a true whodunit and you never really knew which direction it was going and that was a good thing. Not predicable like so many other so-called mystery books out there. I read a ton of mystery books and Ms. Goss and Mr. Wooden should continue write and bring us good stories.
