    Incredible Wine Book

    This book was amazing and very easy read. I bought this to study for a server food and beverage question that included a hefty portion of wine knowledge included. I was intimidated at first thinking that the book may be very hard to understand and I wouldn't retain much information but it was quite the opposite. This book broke it down to basics about wine and gets into detail by country (France, Italy, US, etc.). I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants a great starter book to learn about wine. NEXT will be Sales and Service for Wine Professionals!!
