Allan Cox has integrated his years of management consulting experience with practical examples and common sense that we often forget. He gives his readers the means to define themselves and their enterprises toward achieving their real objectives. A book to be read more than once.

I have known Allan for years, as a trusted advisor and friend. In this book, he shares many rich insights and wisdom developed over years of successful coaching of senior executives and their teams. Successful leadership is never the result of following the latest training fads and pop psychologies, and Allan knows it. He weaves together a rich appreciation for the potentialities of the inner self, showing how these can be effectively directed toward successful leadership of organizations in which people really matter.

Allan Cox gets the meaning of life and what it means to constantly stretch and examine and re-examine one¿s self in breaking down barriers and maximizing potential. He uses plain language and a wealth of real world examples to teach you ways to truly see where you and your organization are today vs where you want to be. Whether CEO of a company or simply CEO of your own life, Allan¿s book is full of ¿ah-ha¿s¿ that will take you from average to great, great to outstanding, outstanding to constantly evolving in a way that keeps you outstanding! A great read for leaders¿or anyone for that matter who desires living his/her life to its fullest potential.

Your Inner CEO challenged me to be honest with myself and become a better leader. Seemingly everynight night my wife and I end up discussing pretty deep subjects brought up in the book. 'She keeps me honest.' The real-life stories and examples are well written and interesting. They also help with self discovery and I find myself taking notes in the book. It's a likely X-mas gift for my boss. Enjoy, dt
