Critical Regimes of Two-Phase Flows with a Polydisperse Solid Phase

This book brings to light peculiarities of the formation of critical regimes of two-phase flows with a polydisperse solid phase. A definition of entropy is formulated on the basis of statistical analysis of these peculiarities.
