“My life is a mess.” “I really don’t know what to do now.” “I think I’m going to explode.”

I wish that I had a nickel for every time I have heard these expressions. We have all felt confusion at some point in our lives. Whether it’s at home, at work, or in public, the decisions we make shouldn’t be that difficult.

This is a very fast paced world we live in nowadays. Every once in a while, we need to just slow down and take a look around. Society tends to complicate our lives.
