The Lakeside Gangster

The year was 1974, and the location was an elementary school in Sacramento, California. Ms. Brown, the fifth-grade teacher, came out of the classroom to tell the children recess was over. She started running the kids in, but one boy remained motionless and did not come in.

She yelled, "Lance, time to come in. Recess is over!"
