Jon M. Garon is director of the Intellectual Property, Cybersecurity, and Technology Law Program at Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, where he is a tenured full professor teaching Constitutional Law, Contracts, Privacy Law, Entertainment Law, and Intellectual Property Licensing, and a wide range of additional courses. He is a nationally recognized authority on entertainment law, copyright, information privacy, technology regulation, and free speech.
