A Grandpa Joe Day!

Billy has been waiting for this day forever: his grandpa, Joe, is taking him to his favorite amusement park. When Billy wakes up that morning, he looks out the window and sees that it is raining hard. He quickly turns on the news to get the weather report. The weather person says, "Sorry, kids, but today looks like a washout." Billy becomes worried that Grandpa Joe won't come and the day will be canceled because of the weather.
