A Late Iron Age Farmstead and Romano-British Site at Haddon, Peterborough

This volume presents Mark Hinman's report on the 1999 excavation of a small farmstead accompanied by specialist finds reports. The excavations revealed that the original farmstead was first established c.AD 20 and had been used for some degree of pottery production. The site was reused at the end of the 1st century for animal husbandry, as shown by the remains of two aisled barns, which were possibly associated with a nearby villa.
