This is book 3 of the Meadowlark series. This book is about Tabi and Scrapper. Both were foster kids that were part of this crazy and loving family. Due to abuse as a toddler, Tabi is deaf. Scrapper was found dumpster diving for food with another family member. I loved that the entire family learned to American Sign Language to communicate with Tabi. This story asked how do you deal with attraction between two people that have grown up as siblings. It was amusing that Scrapper was almost like the family body guard. He was always vigilant of any harm that could come to his family. So vigilant that he would protect Tabi from himself. This was a funny story. Similar to the first two books, this is happening around the same time. You are given a different perspective on two big events. I can't wait for the other two books in the series to be released.
