A Love So Sweet is amazing! Addison Cole's characters are outstanding, there’s a beautiful blend of conflict and happiness, there is some sweet and sexy romance, and best of all – she manages to intertwine real-life issues that readers can relate to, identify with, and understand the emotion involved. I stay completely baffled as to how she thinks up these storylines that could be happening to any one of us readers but am so very glad that she does. Treat and Max’s story is not only passionate and romantic, but continues Addison Cole’s ongoing themes regarding friends, family, overcoming ghosts from the past, and finding a happily ever after. I cannot find enough words to praise and recommend this novel, but definitely add A Love So Sweet to your TBR because it is entertaining, engaging, romantic, and hits all of the good spots in your heart!

I loved Max and Treat. They had chemistry and desire. Neither of them were perfect as they both had ghosts from their pasts holding them back from moving on with life. Finding a way to put the ghosts to rest they can finally, truly, be together was a great way to start the Braden family stories. I loved the Braden family, and I want more of them. As usual with Addison's sweet stories, there was just enough heat to make me imagine more, but still left some mystery.

“It’s not you and me; it’s us”. Some people are harder to forget because they not only touched your heart but imprinted your soul. This amazing love story is about how trust, loyalty, love and friendship can glue back together a broken spirit. When you are surrounded by strong family ties and loyal friends; you can overcome anything ! I couldn’t help myself and fall deeply in love with Treat and his whole family. I loved the characters; Max and Treat’s chemistry is palpable and you can feel their mutual growing feelings. They each go thru real life matters and it’s touching how they try to heal each other. There is so much emotions emanating from the Braden’s clan that I had to stop reading for a minute and absorb it all. Can’t wait for Rex Braden’s story and see what’s in store for him!

Addison Cole is the sweet alter ego of Melissa Foster and it is a version of her books that is a little less sexy and more sweet. On that note I say that Max and Treat's story is so good that you can read it in all the versions! Max and Treat's story is the beginning of it all for me. I remember I was browsing through my favorite book vendor as I wanted to read books in English. I found out this Lovers at Heart and fell in love with Melissa Foster's Love in Bloom world. I have read all the Braden's story and always wondered about Max and Treat. I confess that when Melissa Foster informed in her Facebook page that she was re-imagining their story and giving them a second look, I was kind of afraid. But, all my fears were in vain... This is their love story and it is really a second look, a new way of reading with more insightful details about how they are feeling and why they take some actions. The romance is the same but with great new views and angles that makes you enjoy them more and more. Melissa Foster is a great author and I admire her for putting the author's ego aside and re-imagining this great love story and turning it into a better and wonderful first tale of the Braden's.

In “A Love So Sweet”, Addison Cole tells the story of Treat and Max who met at Chaz and Kaylie's wedding. He is a resort owner who grew up in Colorado. Treat was judgmental of Max and he has come back to Colorado to try to win her over since he couldn't get her out of his mind (or his heart). Hal Braden is Treat's dad and the patriarch of this family as well as a kind loving father who helps Treat work through some issues. Addison Cole’s characters are multidimensional and we come to know them well through her writings. A truly sweet read!

This sweet with heat view of Treat and Max's romance was a great book for me to escape into. Every book by Ms. Cole has a way of pulling me and making me fall in love with her world, this book was no exception. Ms. Cole has a way of making her men strong but sensitive and her women independent, sometimes to a fault. Treat was that strong but very in tune with his feelings man that always has me rooting for him. Max, well she made me want to yell and scream at her a lot, but I couldn't stop rooting for her either. I love that Ms. Cole is continuing her Sweet with Heat series with the Weston Bradens.

I am so in love with this simple cover, because its so different from Addison's usual covers. This is Treat Braden and Max Armstrong's story. I also love the name Treat. It isn't a usual name for a hero. Its the story of a love the grows out of a misunderstanding. I absolutely love Addison's writing. There's just enough spice to make these books warm you up when you are reading. Treat and Max's story has to be one of my favorites. (Of course I say that with each book of her's I read) You get a bit of both of her worlds here, Colorado and the Cape (I If you are ready to read a book that will have you falling love with the characters and the story, this is definitely the books for you.

Now that I have read A Love So Sweet I can say that Max and Treat's story is amazing in all the possible versions! If you like a great story where opposites attract, this one will not dissapoint. This book had me page after page, and I couldn't put it down. It is truly a great read, filled with passion but most of all forgiveness. Max & Treat have always been one of my favorite couples and will definitely continue to be. So pick yourself up a copy of this book, and fall in love with the Bradens. Addison Cole is the sweet alter ego of my favorite author Melissa Foster. As Addison Cole she does versions of her books that are a little less steamy and more sweet. Honestly I love her books both steamy and sweet equally. It's her special way of writing that makes each version unique and great!

A Love so Sweet is an adorable read where the characters have an instant connection. The reader can feel how much the characters feel for each other, even with their personal demons holding them back. Those demons are well thought out in the story. Some of my favorite parts I read are the ones where Treat and Max are both trying to take care of and address the situations that were holding them back. The way the main characters communicate with each other is why I enjoy this book. Treat is so patient, protective, and willing to take the lead when it comes to Max. He's gentle when Max is pushed outside her comfort zone. The main thing I wish this story had more of is Max interacting with Treat's family, especially his siblings. I received this story as an Advance Reader's Copy. I volunteered to leave my review. All opinions are my own.

A book so sweet to begin a new sweet with heat series that I cannot wait to read the next book in the series. The chemistry between Max and Treat steamingly sizzles through the story. Once I began reading, I didn't want to put the book down. A great read for your next pedicure day!

I have been spoiled by Addison Cole's Seaside and Bayside series. It is hard for any other series to shine as brightly in my eyes. This new series, featuring the Bradens, has characters you'll quickly care about. I love that Addison writes such strong, intelligent female protagonists. Even though Treat Braden makes more money than he can spend in several lifetimes, his love for and loyalty to family are what make him most attractive to me. The description of each of his brothers has me hungrily anticipating their individual stories in this series. (There is a preview at the end of this book.) Whether you believe in love at first sight or not, it is undeniable that Max and Treat have chemistry. Max is a beautiful, successful, independent woman with one major flaw. Underneath her collected exterior, her self confidence regarding her personal life is flailing. That is the major issue that could keep her, keep THEM, from their happily ever after ending. The attraction between them begins before they meet face to face. That eventual meeting starts the true sparks flying, but a misunderstanding puts the brakes on quickly. That doesn't tamp the flames out, though. Treat is not without his flaws and fractured past. I'm not going to give any spoilers, but it is his connection to family that brings this book home for me. Yes- this book is sweet. While clean, not graphic, the romance does indeed have HEAT. Because of her mental struggling, they take the physical side slow, often with Treat being the one to step back. Prepare for your engine to be revved without exploding into full combustion on every page. The characters will mature and change as this relationship develops.

If you are new to Addison Cole, A Love So Sweet is going to open your eyes to the wonderful, sweet Love in Bloom Series. If you are a fan of Addison Cole, A Love So Sweet is going to introduce you to the wonderful Braden Family. Treat is the first Braden that we get to meet and he is so yummy. Strong, successful, sexy, and loving are all word I use to describe Treat Braden. He is the oldest of the Braden family and with the death of his mother took a lot on his shoulder as a young man. Now he is successful, met a woman he can’t get out of his heart or head, and has returned home to visit. What he doesn’t expect is for Max, the woman he can’t get over, to be in his hometown. I love the relationship between Treat and Max. He woos her, he treats her like a queen, and yet he stays true to his family and his values. He appreciates Max’s strengths, helps her stay strong when she feels weak, and loves her more than she ever imagined being loved. Max, in turn, respects Treat’s love of family, understands his strong sense of business, and knows that he needs to be in charge of the relationship most of the time. I love how perfect these two are together. As the beginning of a whole new look at a series that I already love, I am excited to get to know the rest of the Braden’s. To learn how they fit together as a family and also to keep caught up on Treat and Max’s relationship.

A Love So Sweet is a clean romance - a wonderful tale of personal loss, fear and slaying those elements of the past. The characters are true to life; I can imagine having conversations with them. All those hunky Braden men would make any woman swoon. I love the care these characters take of each other. An absolutely heart-warming romance that you will done want to miss.

This was romantic sweet romance. Learning what Max went through broke my heart, but so happy for her to find someone like Treat. Treat has some inner issues he has to work through himself and with the help of Max he may just heal as well. Treat had many swoon worthy moments especially when it came to Max. All of Treat's siblings were intriguing and I can't wait for more books from this series.

Who would have thought Treat Braden would ever fall for a woman? Better than that, who would have thought she would have turned from him? Imagine the surprise of Treat, even though he knows who Max works for, running into Max when he has headed home to basically lick his wounds and try to move on. Max enjoyed her first time with Treat so much she needed to bounce her feelings off someone not involved. Little did she know Treat would see her and her friend together and assume the worst. She was not having any of that so went home from her boss's wedding and dug into the film festival they produce, determined to forget Treat. When the two of them first see each other in Colorado, Treat is very apologetic. Max isn't sure if that is good or not. Should she give him another chance? Pick up a copy of A Love So Sweet and enjoy the journey these two take. I have volunteered to share my review and all the opinions are 100% my own.

A Love So Sweet is the first story in the Weston Bradens collection by Addison Cole, which is the sweet alter ego pen-name of Melissa Foster. If you prefer your romance novels to stop at the bedroom door rather than have the full bedroom scene, then the Sweet with Heat novels are for you! This is the beginning of what promises to be a whirlwind of adventure in life and love. The first book introduces us to Max and Treat, two strong and resilient individuals. The novel takes us on their journey which is filled with internal struggles of trying to overcome past relationship woes. Can they manage to let go of the troubles of their past in order to have an open heart to their future together? I enjoyed watching the development of their relationship and can't wait to read the next books in the series. I don't normally share quotes from ARC's because I can't guarantee that the final edited version has the quote, but this stood out to me and thought it truly captured the essence of the novel's mindset: "Everyone has something to overcome. I don't care if it's the prince of Egypt or the first lady. We all have broken pieces, and we have choices to make. We can either tiptoe around those pieces forever and let them guide our happiness, or if we're lucky, we can find someone who has a broom, a dustpan, and a bottle of glue, and try to make it work."

The story of Treat and Max was so sweet. A misunderstanding at his island resort has each of them thinking they hate the other. But fate is on the side of these two, and fate wants them together. They are really great characters that have flaws. Flaws that they help one another overcome to be a stronger couple. The Braden’s are definitely alpha males, so be prepared for Treat and an introduction to the many siblings. One author I will always read!

Treat Braden thinks he knows Max Armstrong inside and out when they first meet, but boy is he wrong. The chemistry is nothing either of them can ignore, but much deeper issues pull them apart, leaving Treat hurt, and questioning a lot more than he wanted to admit. Treat isn't the only one who is hurting either. Max a successful event planner loves her job, yet has her own past demons she's trying to face. While she had been drawn to Treat for many reasons, she wasn't ready to open herself up for a relationship. Regret and heartache weight heavily on both but Max cannot seem to face Treat and let him know just what made her walk away from him.  Heading home to try and pick up the pieces in his life, Braden not only has a relationship to move on from but some major trust , and family issues that must be faced. Yet his mind still wonders back to Max, and what happened. Unable to fully turn away , Braden sees a second chance when he meets Max again and vows to correct his own mistake. While the heat intensifies with each chapter, so does the question of whether both of them can be able to move forwards from the past together- or alone.  Will Max turn away from him again for good?  Will they be able to build a relationship on trust and work through things together ? You'll have to pick up a copy of A Love So Sweet to find out!  This was a great read, very sweet story between Treat and Max. It was a pleasure to read how they both grew on their own and then were willing to try again when the relationship failed the first time. Another heartwarming, sweet story filled with passion, forgiveness and inner beauty. If you enjoy a great heartwarming read, this book is for you!

This is another beautiful story by Addison Cole. This story between Max Armstrong and Treat Braden will warm your heart and make you feel good. Max has been through some things in her past that made it hard for her trust not only the people around her, but especially herself. Treat comes from such a strong, loving family that he knows exactly how to take care of Max and show her the love she needs. After reading this story you will wish you were part of The Braden family. This book is filled with amazing characters that you can’t help but fall in love with. I highly recommend this book!

A Love so Sweet by Addison Cole is a “Sweet with Heat”, novel. Book #1 in her new series “Sweet with Heat: The Bradens at Weston” Featuring Treat Braden and Max Armstrong. Trent is the oldest of the Braden at Weston children. Addison Cole’s characters are multidimensional, with empowered and sassy women, hot, loyal heroes, friends, family with a sweet romance without graphic love scenes or foul language. I adore flawed characters which adds more drama, and gives readers a better understanding of the way they act. Trent and Max are charming and realistic. A satisfying and enjoyable read. Addison Cole is Melissa Foster’s pen name for her “Sweet with Heat” series, in case you didn’t already know this tidbit of information. Another great by the fantastic Addison Cole. 4.5 stars I found A Love So Sweet by Addison Cole well written, well paced and the storyline held my interest all throughout the book. I enjoyed watching Treat and Max overcome their misunderstanding, learning to trust and to give your heart fully to someone even if you've been hurt before. These two shared a beautiful love and I was very happy they were able to get their happily ever after. A Love So Sweet is a beautiful, heartfelt read and a lovely start to the Sweet with Heat, Weston Bradens series.

A Love So Sweet is book one in the Sweet with Heat: Weston Bradens series. This book hooked me from the start. Treat believes Max is the one for him, but she isn't responding. Then fate steps in and Treat learns what he didn't know before. Treat and Max are destined to be together, and he vows to help her overcome her past. Their story was so believable, and the heartfelt emotions it invoked were powerful. I absolutely loved this story.
