Dr. Lutendo Rhinah Singo, born and bred in Limpopo province, is a woman living with a deafness disability. In 2019, she obtained a Doctorate degree (PhD) in Environmental Sciences with specialisation in Hydrology and Water Resources, at the University of Venda for Science and Technology.
