A Successful Outcome

This story is fictional, but it follows the lives, and in one case death, of three people, two of whom have been diagnosed with cancer. They chose, due to their knowledge at the time, different forms of treatment with very different outcomes. Many of the tried and tested alternative treatments that I have found in my research are mentioned in the story.
