Abandoned Angels' Apocalypse

An outsider named Ishmael emerges from a forest. He's welcomed by a City slowly breaking down into chaos. Connecting with anyone seems extraordinarily difficult- it's like they're all in a trance, or maybe he's just off. He meets a girl named Rebecca, someone who might share his crazy, or his sanity.
