Abandoned Places: Abandoned Memories (Desert Edition) is the first in an upcoming series of books that incorporates Julie Ferguson's photography of abandoned sites in the desert and Sharon Day's psychic reads of an event from the past at that location. This book reads with a haunting quality with a glimpse at a moment in time that is long since gone, yet it remains in the very surfaces of this wide variety of buildings.

This 41 page book is a book one might expect to have been written by a novice author. Not only were the "tales" within it ones that have been told time and again but the book left this reader wondering if the authors really believed what they wrote or if they simply wanted to be published.
