A is for Apple and Aphrodite Accidentally Aphrodite Like Paranormal characters? Like mysteries? Like laughing out loud? Then the Accidental series by Dakota Cassidy is for you! In this book, we meet Quinn Morris: romantic, bookish, into mythology and happily ever after. Her dream trip to Greece included a proposal from her boyfriend. When he dumped her, she decided to go anyway with her friend Ingrid. When Quinn finds a golden apple at the Parthenon, she becomes Aphrodite — which leads to big boobs, purple eyes, and hunky Khristos, guardian of THE apple. All is not well, however. When Quinn returns to NY, she faces her man-hating mother and an invisible foe trying to kill her. Friend Ingrid works for those OOPS (Out In The Open Paranormal Support) gals —- Wanda, Marty and Nina. The paranormal trio, along with a zombie, demon and Khristos, move in with Quinn to teach her match-making tricks and to protect her. Let the party begin!

This book got me back into Dakota Cassidy's series. I also saw and read the comment made by another favorite author, Robyn Peterman so I got this book. Greek gods, crazy problems and funny happenings make this a super book. Loved it. Enjoy.

Once again into the manic, snarky absolutely hilarious world of Dakota Cassidy’s Accidental series. Join Nina, Marty, Wanda and the gang as they help Quinn Morris deal with her new status as a Goddess. Yes this series is formulaic (even Nina points it out) but if it works… I am so glad that Dakota Cassidy has decided to keep the series going. I do so enjoy my visits with the crew and I am sure there are some paranormals she hasn’t covered yet. So check your brain at the door, relax and enjoy.

NUMBER OF HEARTS: 4 REVIEW: Another fun adventure with Nina, Wanda, Marty and the gang. I will have to say that this was a little weird for me. I have listened to all of the Accidental books on audio book. I had gotten so use to the narrator reading to me that reading Aphrodite was a little strange. But though I missed listening to the ladies of OOOPS I enjoyed Quinn and Khristos. The whole twist on Aphrodite and her newest side kicks high jinx was a lot of fun. And of course no story would be complete without Nina being Nina. Although it was a lot of fun to watch her try to mind her P’s and Q’s. I can’t wait to see what is next for the Accidental world. Disclaimer: I received a complimentary copy of this book from Dakota Cassidy in exchange for an honest review. This review is my own opinion and not a paid review.

Another GREAT book in the Accidental's series - Nina, Wanda and Marty take on a woman who has accidentally turned herself into Aphrodite. Much hilarity ensues as the gang gathers to support the new goddess of love. Don't miss this great book!

I love the accidental series! And the newest installation is just as great as the rest. Funny as usual!! A LOT of "Nina-ism" (I mean who doesn't love Nina, although Marty is my favorite!) Quinn's story was great I believe Dakota did an excellent job combining actually Greek Mythology (and a lot of creative licensing) to bring about a fantastic crazy whirlwind romantic story. The only fault I found with it.. it went way to fast. I wish it was longer so A. I could've spent more time in that little world (hehe) and B. Given some of the scenes longer time to play out. All the scenes were great how they were but I personally would've like just a little bit more. If you enjoy funny paranormal romance stories then you will enjoy this one. Even though its part of a series you can read it by itself but really the series is awesome so go read the rest of them!! :D
