Aktivierend-therapeutische Pflege in der Geriatrie (ATP-G) wird bei älteren Menschen mit Unterstützungs- und Pflegebedarf sowie (Früh-)Rehabilitationsbedarf durchgeführt und geht über die Grund- und Behandlungspflege hinaus. Sie hat das Ziel, dass Betroffene die individuell optimal erreichbare Mobilität, Selbstständigkeit und Teilhabe, wie diese vor der aktuellen Verschlechterung bestanden haben, wieder erreichen.
