All That Matters by Erin Nicholas

What happens in the Big Easy doesn't always stay in the Big Easy. Thank goodness.

The Billionaire Bargains, Book 3

When billionaire Emily Steele breaks off her eight-year relationship with the only boy she's ever dated, she quickly realizes she has a lot to learn. About the world. About herself. And men. Definitely men.

A friend's bachelorette party in New Orleans is the perfect place to get in touch with her inner vixen. Trouble is, she's never actually met her inner vixen. Worse, her overprotective uncle's determination to keep her safe means she's going to have a babysitter for the weekend. A tall, handsome babysitter who makes her tingle from head to toe.

Will Weston has always thought his boss's niece was special, and now that she's single, he's even more acutely aware of her beauty and charm. Her uncle's insistence that he accompany her to the world's sexiest city has mistake written all over it--until she offers his best friend a million dollars to be her date.

Now there's no way Will is staying behind, even though he knows something crazy is going to happen. Because falling in love in a weekend is definitely crazy.

Warning: Contains a woman with enough money to buy a date for a weekend in New Orleans, a guy who's never going to let that happen, a bachelorette party on Bourbon Street, hot sex to slow jazz, and beignets... because there has to be beignets.

Loved this book!!! This book is the third in the series and I have to say it was my favorite. We meet Emily in the first book  as a teenage girl dealing with a devastating diagnosis. She meets that diagnosis head on and we see her inner strength. Fast forward to this book…  Emily has just ended a relationship with her boyfriend of 8 years and she realizes that she needs to experience the world and sees her opportunity to do so when she goes to New Orleans for a bachelorette party.  Her life has been safe and protected but now she wants to spread her wings.  Enter Will who, as her uncle’s assistant, has watched her grow up and has developed feelings for her that he is afraid to express. Due to a bit of luck, he ends up being her “chaperone” for the trip to New Orleans.  Emily has her own feelings about Will and this trip is provides just the right atmosphere for  those emotions and feelings to come to the surface.  Emily and Will’s story is a sweet but sexy one…it is all about coming of age and of true love.  I thoroughly enjoyed this book and would recommend it without reservation.

What can I say. I love everything Erin Nicholas....we've waited a long time for this story to come out. Well worth the wait I might add. We first meet Emily Steele in the first book of the 'Billionaire Bargains' series, as a young lady, faced with some hardships, which she overcomes beautifully. Fast forward several years, and we get to see her HEA unfold with Will Weston...and it takes place in New Orleans! Gotta love the Big Easy...:)Sweet, Hot, Fun....This is a great addition to this series, and I highly recommend you add it to your shelf.)

All That Matters: Have I said before that I LOVE Erin Nicholas? If I haven’t…..let me say it now! I LOOOOVVVE her! And all of her books! All That Matters is no different. This is book 3 in the Billionaire Bargains series and my favorite. Don’t get me wrong….I love the other two, but there is just something about this one. All That Matters follows Emily Steele (Adam’s daughter from book 1) and Will Weston (Tony’s….Emily’s uncle….assistant). Emily has ended her 8 year long relationship with the only man she has ever been with. She is looking to spread her wings and experience new things and going to a bachelorette party in New Orleans is just the way to make that happen. Will has experience. He has already spread his wild oats. He has always known Emily is beautiful and special, but she has always been spoken for. After the big break up, it’s almost as if both of their eyes are really opened for the first time. After hearing a story about a friend of a friend who had a wild night with Will, Emily finds it impossible to get him out of her head. When Tony suggests that Will be the one to escort Emily to New Orleans, Emily thinks that he is too much for her. Will isn’t willing to sit back and watch his best friend and business partner take the woman he fantasizes about to the sexy city.  What can I say about Will and Emily? I mean, they are just explosive. Like, light the short fuse that is strapped to twenty sticks of dynamite explosive! While the build-up is slower, it is so sexy. These two are so perfect together. I love how fast Will falls in this one. He figures out very quickly that Emily is the one for him. But he knows that Emily needs to experience the world. Emily is young , a romantic and so smart. She is so decisive but so innocent at the same time. She knows what she wants but let’s her worry over falling so fast affect her decisions. Their happily ever after is one of my favorites of all times!  You’ll get sexy, sweet, ice cream, a bar scene that will rock your world, New Orleans, intense build-up and a visit to a sexy toy store you won’t likely forget.  Happy reading!

## NOT GOOD. I don't get the good reviews. I didn't care for this book one bit. Most of all, I didn't like Will. At all. SPOILER ALERT: I found it annoying that he couldn't make up his mind. About anything. He said he wanted Emily but his actions told us a different story....I want you, I don't want you, I want dirtier sex, I want vanilla sex, I want you to date other guys, you're mine....and most of all the proposal sucked. He said he would ask her to marry him but then he refused, walked out on her and made HER ask. What's THAT about? So frustrating. This book was in no way romantic. Before this book, I read "she's the one" by this same author and I had the exact same problem with that book. Hero was very unlikeable and couldn't make up his mind. I'm done with Erin's books.

I absolutely loved this story! I have been an Erin Nicholas fan for YEARS. And with each story she writes I think it cannot get better than this and then she proves me wrong every time. All That Matters is no exception. I LOVE her sexy heroes and admire the strength of her heroines. I love that she can make me ugly cry and laugh at the same time. And as always I find her voice similar to my own and her books flow for me without rereads to make sense of a scene. I knew when I read What Matters Most (book 2 in the series) that I was going to love Will. He is an alpha male that I enjoy reading about. Not a tyrant, but a strong male lead that is possessive and protective - LOVE THAT COMBINATION. Emily is a young woman that I met in No Matter What (book 1 in the series) as a teen. Knowing her past and the people who surround her, I felt that Erin Nicholas did an amazing job transforming her into a young adult that was smart and strong, but slightly emotionally unsure of herself. This love story was wonderful. Perfect. Friends to lovers. One of my favorites. I recommend the entire series. But LOVED, LOVED, LOVED this story.

All That Matters is the third book in the Billionaire Bargains series by Erin Nicholas. I absolutely loved this book!!! Emily decides to take a chance on life and a risk on love. And what she finds out is truly amazing. To believe and trust in yourself and just go for it. I'm a fan of Erin Nicholas and have enjoyed reading everything she has ever written. But in my opinion this is the best book she has ever written and that is "ALL THAT MATTERS"!

It was really great seeing Emily Steele all grown up. We met her in the first book of this trilogy when she was 14 and just lost part of her leg due to cancer. This can be read as a stand alone book, but if you like seeing her complete story, I'd suggest reading all of the books. I only wish there had been an epilogue as it seems to end so suddenly.

Emily Steele broke up with her boyfriend of 8 years.  She wants to go to a bachelorette party in New Orleans but her Uncle Tony doesn't want her to go alone.  He wants his PA, Will Weston, to accompany her.  She's had a crush on Will for quite some time but Will's only ever seen Emily as his boss' niece, until she broke up with her boyfriend.  Now he's got a full blown crush going on.  Emily's heard rumors of Will's experience and she's a little intimidated so, she invites his best friend, Gus, to go with them to New Orleans.  Can Will handle his best friend being Emily's date during her time of new discovery? The Billionaire Bargains Series, Book 3 is my favorite!  Will and Emily are unexpected but fabulous together.  I'm surprised at the undercover sexiness Will's got going on.  He is smokin' HOT and the heat level of their story is off the charts!  Will's one of the good guys.  He's kind, patient (to a point), sexy and he only wants what's best for her.  Emily has grown so much since that little girl in the wheelchair.  I feel like I really know her and I'm so proud of who she's become.  She's a grown, confident but sheltered woman who wants to spread her wings and fly without the safety net of her uncle and father. Fantastic story!  Fantastic series!  This author is AMAZING and I can't wait to see what the future holds. Received a copy in exchange for an honest review.

This was such a great story that I didn't want to put it down. And when I cheered at the end, I wanted to start at the beginning all over again! Erin Nicholas has such a wonderful voice, and this third installment of the Billionaire series was no different. Can't wait to see what else she has in store.

Oh Will! How I enjoyed his story with Emily! He is such a caring, will do anything for those he loves, hot sexy man. And Emily is mature beyond her years. When I first met Emily in the first book in the series I had already liked her fierceness. But a little older, a little wiser, although insecure in her thoughts, she is a spitfire. I really appreciated the maturity of both Emily and Chad. Especially for them both being so young.   This story was a fun ride of self discovery, self confidence and figuring out what you want and to go after it. It wouldn't be an Erin Nicholas book without a little food sensory yumminess in the fun way. And this one delivered, hello powdered sugar.   I hope we see more from this series because I truly believe a sweet guy like Chad and a fun work until you drop guy like Gus need their own HEAs.

Finally it is Emily’s turn to fall in love. If you read the first book you know that she starts dating the first guy she ever went out with. Emily is all grown up now and recently broke up with her long term boyfriend. She is looking for her inner vixen and where else to do it than in New Orleans. Of course an overprotective father and Uncle make life interesting. So where does Will come in for that you need to get the book and find out how he ends up in New Orleans. One hot read that we have all been waiting for.

Will and Emily are amazing together. They complement each other perfectly. He's a behind the scenes guy and she was meant to shine. Their story was sweet, spicy, and sooo hot. A trip to the Big Easy turns into so much more. With a backdrop like New Orleans who wouldn't fall in love the sexy Will. I certainly did.

All That Matters was the perfect (yet bittersweet) ending to the Billionaire Bargains series. Seeing the relationship between Will and Emily blossom from one that was almost sibling like, to a couple relationship was awesome. Love the Steele family, and Erin did a phenomenal job with Emily's story. I highly recommend this to anyone who loves a sweet, sexy romance

I can't say enough about how much I enjoy all of Erin's books but it continues to be true.  I am never disappointed.  She has a knack for writing stories that you just can't wait to finish at the same time as never wanting them to end. In 'All That Matters' we get to watch Emily Steele find her happy ending. Emily and Will, oh, I just loved this story! Emily has been through a lot for a young woman, yet she was brave enough to end an 8 year relationship with a very nice guy in hopes of finding something better, something more than just nice. The struggles she has in accepting her new relationship with Will, makes it all the more special when she finally realizes how wonderful it is. Buy this book and read it yourself, and then go get every other book Erin has ever written

I absolutely loved this book! I remember Emily from "No Matter What" and I fell in love with Will in "What Matters Most". I never dreamed of them as a couple, but Erin Nicholas has written them a terrific story in "All That Matters". So in this one, we not only get to catch up with old friends, we get to watch two of them fall in love with each other. This is a stand alone romance, so you don't have to have read the first two, but I sure am glad I did!

Do you know that feeling you get when you are so excited to see a best friend or family member you haven't seen in a very long time? The absolute joy in seeing their face for the first time in a while and the warmth of familiarity that spreads throughout your body. That is exactly the feelings I got when reading even the first few pages of All That Matters. Emily Steele is like the long lost friend I haven't seen in almost 5 years. It's been that long since we last saw her in No Matter What, her fathers love story. At first in her Dad's book I didn't want to like Emily. She was so young and in such a bad place in her life, but by the end I fell in love with her spirit and strength.  All That Matters meets back up with Emily and she is now single. After being with her first boyfriend for eight years she doesn't quite know what she really wants in life. She does know she doesn't want to play it safe anymore.  Meanwhile we met Will Weston in the second Billionaire Bargains Book, What Matters Most. He is Tony Steele's right hand man. Will even lives in Tony's home and is at his beck and call 24/7. Will has discovered that a newly single Emily peaks his libido's interest. Emily has a girlfriend's bachelorette party to attend in New Orleans and she wants to make the most of her time being single and is ready to see what type of adventures she can get into. Will is only happy to personally accompany Emily on her trip.  The relationship between Emily and Will is complicated but not so much that you want to smack them upside the head. They just know that their lives are entwined and while there may be a powerful attraction they will see each other so frequently it could be disastrous. It was a slow, hot burn that when touched scorched and left a lasting mark on the two involved.  I absolutely loved everything about this book. Emily has grown into a women that I admire who is strong willed, persistent, and confident, even if she doesn't see that for herself at first. Will has so many layers. Once you peel away one you can't wait to see all of the others that lie under the next. I can honestly say he is one of my favorite of Erin Nicholas' men and I am claiming him as my Book Boyfriend!  The only part I dislike about All That Matters is now I have to say goodbye to these people that I have come to love. I know that their lives are going to be wonderful where ever Erin would take them but I can't help the feeling that I really want to see more. Will does have a very unique friend named Gus that I wouldn't mind seeing a book for- HINT HINT ERIN!!!

Double Fudge Brownie Sundae with whip cream on top! I have been waiting on pins and needles to read how Emily from No Matter What (Book 1) has grown from being a head strong teenage girl learning to walk again to smart business savvy woman learning what she wants in a man. Emily just put a 8 year relationship on hold to make sure she is happy with a strawberry ice cream romance or if a double fudge brownie sundae romance is what she wants. (What girl in her right mind doesn't want fudge, right!) Will has been working for Emily's uncle Tony for years being his personal assistant (You have to read What Matters Most to see what crazy things Tony demands, so freaking funny). On the side he is working to get his friend Gus's revolutionary recycling project funding. Will and Emily have enjoyed a friendship in the past where they can play video games and just be themselves. When Emily decides to break up with her long time boyfriend to explore what else is out there, suddenly both Will and Emily's eyes are opened to the sexy smart appeal of each other. This would be all great if the two of them weren't scared to act on their feelings. When they travel to New Orleans for a bachelorette party, the fun really begins in The Big Easy. Erin did an excellent job of taking us on this journey of self-discovery and love! This book is the third in the series The Billionaire Bargains Series. It can be read as a standalone but why on earth would you do that all three books in this series rocks!

As posted on The Smutty Kitty reviewed by KittyKelly 4 out of 5 Licks I was wondering if Emily would get her own book in this series.  I wasn't sure since she was a teenager when we first met her.  I love that we not only get her story but we also get a bit of a sneak peek into the lives of Adam & Jaden and Tony & Reese-BONUS!!  I was worried how I would feel about this one since Emily is clearly not with Chad anymore and they started dating way back in No Matter What.  But of course Erin makes it all work out just like she always does.  Things were moving along as planned and when had proposes to Emily she decides they both need to explore a little before they commit to each other for the rest of their lives.  This makes perfect sense since they've never experienced romance with anyone else.  I knew things were going to get good when Reese was encouraging Emily to use Will to test her flirting and fling skills.  And boy do things get good!  Will makes an effort to let Emily have the chance to flirt around but he can't let her near anyone else.  Of course we have to throw in some tension so Emily freaks out after they hook up.  The lead up to the sex was crazy hot and so worth the build up!  It was freaking HOT!!!! As I've come to expect from an Erin Nicholas book i was hooked from the start and never wanted to stop reading.  I also never wanted this one to end.  I have my fingers crossed for more in this series.  I'm thinking I need a story for Chad-hint hint.

I am a HUGE fan of Erin's. I loved Emily and Wills's story. It was a mixture of sweet, sexy and emotional story. You will not be disappointed!

All that Matters by Erin Nicholas was an incredible story and my favorite of the series. I'm usually one who likes stories about first loves and hoping the couple end up living happily ever after. We got to meet fourteen year old Emily in the first book and see what she's had to overcome in her young life and meet her first love, Chad. I liked these two young lovers but the author had me falling in love and rooting for Emily and Will right from the beginning. I enjoyed watching them struggle with their attraction to each other and then finally acknowledging it. Will and Emily had amazing chemistry and I liked that they got to know each other over the years before it turned into anything sexual or romantic since Emily is still very young. The author did a great job building a solid foundation for this new coupling and it made sense at this stage in Emily's life. Will was such a sweet and caring guy but he sure knew how to rock Emily's world with a new flavor for her to think about. I also loved how Emily and Chad's relationship was handled in this story and it touched me deeply. I loved this story so much and Emily's story was worth the wait.
