As a 24 y/o woman, I found this book unhelpful but I think this is a good book for a teen.
Pretty humorous and a fairly quick read. This book has some great advice for young adults and spins it in a captivating way. In my opinion, this book didn't feel like some author giving me advice on my life and how I can improve it. It was more like a friend telling me her life experiences and how she got through her challenges. All the while adding bits of information on how to make your life more your own.
Read the sample. It had a very judgmental tone, was degrading and lacked understanding for different life situations.
