Angelo Loicano was a Lucchese Mafia figure who was closely aligned to hoodlum Giovanni John "Big John" Ormento. Ormento and his drug networks were taken down by a combination of New York Police and Federal Narcotics Bureau agents. Ormento went to prison fro forty years in 1962.
