Anna
An only child Anna grew up in a comfortable and loving home. At eighteen she was on her way to New York to start a new life with her devoted husband, the son of a wealthy and influential family. Anna seemed to have the world at her feet. The next two years would be full of love and promise. There were no dark clouds on her horizon. Until the day a policeman came knocking. Anna discovered her strength of character which would not be beaten and would not compromise between right and wrong. Eighteen long hard years later another man knocks on the door of her life. Only this man is not human. Through him she will discover yet another truth, a truth which goes beyond our own little world and into the vastness of the universe which lies beyond it. But is truth just a matter of perspective? Anna must delve into unknown aspects of her mind and decide if she should help this man or fight against him. Whatever Anna decides the world will never be the same again.

About the Author

Nigel David Kelly started his career as an author by accident, literally. In July 2007 he was injured in a traffic accident and unable to work for some months. As he was unable to do anything physically he decided to occupy his time mentally and started writing a biography of Quentin Crisp.

A life-long admirer of Quentin Crisp Nigel had over the years amassed a considerable amount of knowledge on him.

Four years of intensive world-wide research later Quentin Crisp: The Profession of Being was published by McFarland of the USA with World-Wide distribution.

Having caught the writing bug he then decided to try his hand at a novel. The result of which you now hold in your hands.

He is currently working on the sequel to Anna, to be titled Ben.

Nigel is a triple graduate and MENSAN. He lives and works in Ireland as an I. T. Analyst. In his spare time as well as writing he also lectures on Quentin Crisp and in what time he has left is also a competitive powerlifter.
