Antonio De Nebrija and the Spanish Language

This book explores the life and influences of Antonio de Nebrija, who became the most outstanding humanist from Spain in the late 15th century and early 16th century. He wrote two pioneering books on Latin and Spanish grammar and lexicography: “Introductiones latinae”, and “Gramática de la lengua castellana” (Spanish grammar).
