I'd do anything for my best friend's little sister.
Until she asks for something I can't give.
One night. No rules.
Georgina Kingsley is off-limits. It's better this way, really. Her brother is my best friend and business partner, the closest thing I have to family. Plus, she's engaged to another man, one better for her than I could ever be.
But when Georgie is ditched on her wedding day, she needs someone to get her out of town. There's bad blood between us but I'd do anything for her.
Except give her hot, rebound sex to get back at her cheating ex.
Tough choice. Loyalty to my best friend who has been more like a brother? Or to a woman with a history of driving me crazy and making me want things I have no right to ask for?
It's a hell of a time to realize I'm in love.
*Bad Blood is the fifth book in the LEFT AT THE ALTAR series, in a collaboration of six New York Times Bestselling Authors: J. S. Scott, Ruth Cardello, Raine Miller, Sawyer Bennett, Minx Malone, and Melody Anne.

I enjoyed Georgie and Jamie’s story. It was a cute and fun best friend’s little sister romance. I liked the chemistry between the characters. Their bickering made me laugh. I haven’t read any of the other books in this series but now I want to.
I've always loved the best friend's little sister/older brother's best friend stories. It is just a fact of life that most little sisters fall in love with their older brother's best friend. So reading about Jamie and Georgie was fun. Jamie doesn't think he's good enough for Georgie. And she thinks that he sees her as just the annoying little sister. Little do they know they are both in love with the other but both are too afraid to say or do anything. Until that fateful wedding day that didn't happen. And so the next chapter begins, but it is still fraught with miscommunication on both sides. Will they ever figure things out and communicate with they really want? Side note, it was good to see King and Olivia get married. Now what about Colin?
This book was fun and fast paced. I liked both Jamie and Georgie. There wasn't a lot of angst in this book. Even the uncertainty and insecurities in this book didn't overwhelm the basic storyline. It was sweet, funny, and sexy. Definitely 4.5 stars. I thought it was interesting that although Jamie and Georgina were often around other people, you still got the sense that they were living in a world of their own. Often coming up for air to see what was going on in the rest of the world. Georgie, as well as Jamie come to some realizations with each other's help. I read this book in one sitting and really enjoyed it. You get to know the characters, and you get your HEA. Now, I feel the need to go read about King and Olivia.
